Passport office Jaipur — Unnecessary delay in processing of passport application

Sir
I have applied for passport self (File No.-JPR-W080008) and wife (File No.-JPR-W08009) on 04 Jan 2011 through Bikaner Post Office. Police verification has been done and report sent by local police station on 16 Mar 11. Jaipur site is still showing the status "Police report has not been received".

My file No is JPR B00341410 & APPLICATION Dated 15/11/2010. But. till date I haven't recd. my passport, dunno y? Had submitted each & every documents required duly attested. it's humble request to you that please look into the matter as i have to go abroad in the month of june.

Another file no. JPR A04539710 Application dated 15/11/2010. In this case had submitted affidavit that the original Board certificate was lost that's y so we dunno have education qualification & DOB. Please give us the solution as its very difficult to arrange the certificate as board has no record of 1960.

Wrong date of birth in passport
Today check my passport status reference use Z70011511 RAVINDER SINGH SAINI my date of birth
08/04/1978 but today check my passport status.The date of birth mentioned on the passport is 08/04/1974 whereas the actual date of birth is 08/04/1978. The birth certificate with the correct date of birth was submitted along with the other passport documents.Kindly advise the procedure for rectification of the date of birth.

Sir, in my passport status ( Delhi) (z 095946)it is showing that PASS PORT DISPATCHED TO YOU HAS BEEN RETURNED UNDELIVERED ON 28 SEP 10.

With due respect I would like to submit that I have submitted my application no. D003110 dated 30.07.2010, to issue the passport due to loss of passport.
My earlier passport no. E 6088835 has been issued from Jaipur and I came back from Munich on Emergency Certifice no. 518767.
I have visited the passport office Delhi several times to get the passport.
Finally in the first week of September I have met Mr. Verma and PRO. Mr. Verma assured me to get the passport by 10th of September.
Then I have checked the status on the website and came to know that PRO wants to meet me and again then I went to the passport office
in third week of September, there they asked me to wait for 10 days due to non receipt of Emergency Certificate from Jaipur. I requested them to
atleast send the application to Jaipur office to send the EC back to Delhi.

I have contacted the Jaipur RPO through phone but no response as they are not entertaining this at all.

Till now, I have not received the passport.

You are requested to look into the matter as I need the passport urgently due to travel reasons.

I had submitted my passport and my wife's passport for Reissue on the 15th July'08.The file numbers provided by passport office Delhi for the passports are as under-

Till date i have not received the new passports for both o[censored]s.I checked on passport office website and the status it shows is "Application is pending for want of Police Report".However since no police verification had happened at our residence, i went to the concerned police station [Sector 31, Faridabad] to check the status.The Station incharge showed be all the records and till date they haven't received any information for police verification on our cases.
I have also send many mails to the email id mentioned on the passport office website but haven't received any reply from them.
I would therefore request you to contact passport office and urge them to send our records for police verification again so that the same can be carried out ASAP.

Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — inordinate delay in delivery of passport

I submitted application of my wife, Rita Kathuria, vide file No. A024104 at the Passport Office on 24/9/2008. This application was filed along with application of myself and my son, Gaurav Kathuria. While myself and my son got their passport about two months back. my wife is still to get the passport. I went to the passport officer in room no. 7, bhikaji cama place on 9/10/2008. He promised that the passport will be delivered in 10 days time. But till 29/10/2008 the passport has not been delivered.

I have submitted an application regarding issue of Passport in favour of YOJNA SAH JAIN, Date of birth: 12 May 1981, to Regional Passport Office, Delhi and application has been accepted by Passport Office vide File No. DLH-F[protected] dated 26/06/2009 as per cash receipt.

For few days I was able to track the status of my passport online and by sms, but since a month I am not able to get any information on the status of my application online or by sms.

I have applied for (Add my wifes Name in my passport)...on dated 05 august 2009...
I was promised that the passport will be delivered to me by 13 August 2009 . But i didnt received it ...
I again went to the passport office on 25 august 2009. and met PRO and gave all the relevant documents to Mr. Avinash in room number 7A he said you will receive tha passpor in 02 days time and im still wating for it..

I have applied for the renewal of my passport on 06-08-08 from delhi along with this i have applied for thez fresh passports of my wife & children. We have recieved the fresh passports after 2.5 months but as of now there is no update on the renewal of my passport. My Application Number is F019428 in the name of Suraj Prakash Khanna. If we check online from past 1.5 months the status is "Police Report is clear. Application is under process.

My Daugther is out of India & it is really urgent for us to go there but we are stuck because there is no update on the passport.

On net it shows that passport was promised to collect on 30.4.09, if not collected will be despatched on next working days. No further information is available onnet. The status are being shown as "Police verification has been waived, the application is underway' from right after one week of the submission. I have to go for Haj for which passport is necessary. I applied for the passport in 20th of March2009 as I lost my passport from my car back glass broken with FIR original there I already have UK & Tashkent Visa with a hope that i will get this in time and accompanied my visit to UK with my friends now Visa expiry date is approaching but still waiting for the passport police verification over report is also O.K. I cannot understand why so delay and Why this type of deptt. has no care for such important tasks.
