Passport Office Delhi — passport not issued

This is to inform you that i had applied for passport in normal category.

Police verification was done a month ago and police submitted clear report. On website it shows ‘passport application under review’ from past one month.

Passport is not issued till yet and the status is unknown.
Went to regional passport office but the matter is not solved . File no:-DL[protected]
As required passport urgently so i request to transfer the matter to concerned department. Thanks.
