Passport Office Ghaziabad Complaints & Reviews

Its 5 weeks now and my PCC application status says “police report not clear” I never received a call or message or email for the reason of non-clear police report, tell me what should I do to get the PCC from MEA, RPO Ghaziabad office.
I had tried calling RPO Ghaziabad office contact number[protected],[protected], either they do not pick the call or they are busy.
I had tried to call Public grievances cell[protected],...

I went to RPO Ghaziabad on 23/05/2023 for passport appointment which took place successfully. I got the police verification done on 31/05/2023 . Its been 15 days since verification but the passport is still under review at RPO. I am in urgent need to the passport Kindly look into the matter.

Status in both files mentioned above shows “Passport Application has been submitted along with applicable fees & supporting documents”.

Please expedite my above cases and inform the current status. Contacted thana they have not received our applications upto 8th May 2023 from passport office

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for fresh TATKAL passport at Passport Seva Kendra, Ghaziabad The file number is GZ[protected].

The appointment was for 3rd May 2023. Police verification is done on 4th May, and my application is currently pending with SP office Ghaziabad. The status at the site of the passport office is " Police report has been submitted by crossing republics Police Station, Ghaziabad and sent to SP Office, District Ghaziabad for review..."

Kindly help to resolve this issue so I can get my passport. This is extremely urgent. Your help to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

Please be informed that i have received a letter from RPO Ghaziabad on 27 feb, 2023 stated" Police verification report is not clear and application is under review at Regional Passport Office" After receiving the letter i have submitted the details along with relevant docments directly to the RPO Office on 1 March, 2023, But still the status is showing the same.

We applied for reissue of passport of our son - Prakshaal Jain (File no. GZ[protected] dt. 06.03.023). While checking the status, we get to know that is has been put on hold without any communication.

1. When I arrived at the PSK and presented all of my supporting documentation, I proceeded to the second counter where I was informed that my name on the adhar and my name on my school or college document were different. I was instructed to publish my correct name on paper, and as I did so, on my second appointment the PSK officer began speaking to me angrily without cause at my subsequent appointment. I was so frustrated that I cursed. When I arrived for my appointment on the first day and was informed that I had to alter one more incorrect paperwork, why didn't he instruct me to do so?
I had to appropriately modify my and my father's names. Yet, they failed to mention that I had all the videos as evidence.

2. My password verification was finished after that, and the notice has remained the same for the past two weeks while it has been reviewed.

Please find a quick solution to my problem since I need to get a passport in order to take my IELTS exam in 15 days.

I tried to ask a question in the RPO office, but I don't have enough time because they are giving me the inquiry date on March 28.

I had applied for a reissue of passport in May 2022. My old passport had expired and there was a change in the address and spouse name.
I have been circling the passport office or enquiry office for last 10 months but my passport still shows under processing. Everytime they makeup stories and tell me to go home but nobody is able to give any proper reason as to why my passport is sitting in their office for 10 months straight. Horrible experience with them. They just can't process a simple request. I have lost all hope. Please please help me.

Dear Sir, I have applied for Passport under TATKAAL scheme online and submitted my Documents with Tatkaal fee Rs 2000/- on 30.01.23. I have submitted Aadhaar, PAN and Bank Passbook as ID proof. The same day I have recd. Call from Police station, Crossing Republik and I hv submitted the Copy of Aadhaar, Registry of my House and a Photo to him. On 1st Feb I check the status it shows, "Police Verification report has been submitted by crossing Republik and sent to DP office for review"
Sir, I have applied under TATKAAL scheme as I need it Urgently because I have to apply for an Overseas Job where a valid Passport is Mandatory. Sir Please help me in this regard and ask police department to clear my police verification on immediate basis.
