Sorry, to say but it is very difficult to reach out any officer sittings in the Ghaziabad Regional Passport office unless you go meet personally and oblige them. Its very sad situation that most of the time telephone lines are not working even if it works Still then nobody takes the call. I don't understand why are not takes the calls from the customer. Are they not responsible If not, why the contact information is provided in the public domain. Its very frustrating to deal to public department in Ghaziabad.

I had appeared for my passport renewal interview on 10th dec 2019 and police verification has also been done and i have received a message for clear report submitted by police but i am still have no update about my passport. If i check online status it says the application is under review as rpo ghaziabad. I do not have any information what is going on at present.
I would appreciate if you can expedite the process and provide me update on it.

My file number is gz04c[protected]. I have applied on 7th october but till now i even have not received police verification and it has been more then two months. This delay is very frustrating as i need to visit abroad by january 2020 end. Please process my request soon.
I have tried calling several time to ghaziabad passport seva kendra and neither of time call was received.
The current status is "your application has been submitted with supporting documents" since last two months.

Sir, my passport has not arrived yet, it has been more than 1 month and i have complete pixon complete. Verification of liu is also complete. I have also gone to the police station and asked that the eaters are saying that your verification is absolutely correct and we have further has sent and from your application it is coming to know that the application for report in police under regional passport office

Me and my 3 family members had submitted application on 25th march 2019. All the procedure were done swiftly till police verification. Now, my wife and 2 children has received their passports whereas my application status is still showing "police verification report for passport is under review at rpo..." kindly look into and expedite the issuance of my passport.

I have applied for reissue of passport file # gz[protected] and arn #
19-[protected] and by mistake i have put a wrong thana.

Correct police station - sikandra agra
Wrong police station - lohamandi agra (Need to be changed to sikandra agra - police station). I have physically visited sikandra thana where application never reached, lohamandi thana postal department from where application has been sent back stating my address is not under there jurisdiction and should be sikandra thana. Than i visited sp office postal office for passport and they saw my application on system which was with them and need to be corrected.

Now i could not track where my application is and whats the status.

May you please change my police station in application to sikandra as my house falls in this jurisdiction

Its pending for police verification since 12/04/2019 and police station is never changed

DO Not received any update from Passport Authority its is showing Status -Police Verification Report for passport application is under review at the Regional Passport Office. Passport will be dispatched after Police Verification Report is found clear. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched.

it is showing from last 40 days. hence my police verification was cleared on 7 feb 2019 i also got a confirmation from passport sms alert but since 7- feb-2019 there is no movement.

I applied for my passport on 18 january 2019 and police verification done 2 weeks prior. My brother applied for the passport on 25 january 2019 and he has received his passport. I have not yet received my passport, please look into the situation as i need it urgently. E-mail was also sent to rpo. [protected]@mea.gov.in regarding this issue but no reply came from their side. As i heard that now applying new/re-issue passport became very smooth and appreciating process but it is really bad and disappointing experience for me still struggling.

I had applied my passport on 20th december, 2018 with file no: [protected] (Last 10 digit) and done with my police verification by 25th december, 2018, after that i received a message from ax-tcspsk that "police has submitted adverse report for your current address" so i maid call to customer care, executive said he don't have any clear detail so need to take appointment for passport regional office ghaziabad. When i checked for appointment, the available date was for one month later and i got 12th jan, 2019. Once i reached on 12trh jan, at enquiry counter he said meet in room no 333 and officer given me one form and said to fill and submit for previous address verification.

I filled the form and he initiated "a new police verification request at previous address1 (Which is my parental address) is sent to police" and i specially visited to my home town for verification on 15th jan, 2019 and unnao kotwali police man demanded 1100 rs to proceed further ……….. Again i received call from liu office on friday 22nd jan, 2019 for verification.

When i checking for status, still getting police verification report not clear and application is under review at regional passport office.

I called many times to customer care but they didn’t provided any status and said to call passport regional office ghaziabad, called many times but no one picked call.

Please suggest if anything required from my side.

प्रार्थी ने नए पासपोर्ट के लिए दिनांक 05/09/2018 को
आवेदन किया था, जिसका फाइल नम्बर gz[protected] और जनम तिथि 15/06/1994
है। जिसके लिए सभी ज़रूरी काग़ज़ात के साथ प्रार्थी साहिबाबाद पासपोर्ट
कार्यालय उपस्तिथ हो गया था और पासपोर्ट कार्यालय की सभी कारवाही पूरी की
थी।
उसके बाद पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन भी हो गयी थी, और हमारी जानकारी के अनुसार
क्लियर पायी गयी थी। मगर पांच महीने से ज़्यादा गुज़रने के बाद भी पासपोर्ट
का स्टेटस नहीं बदला, और ना ही पासपोर्ट बनने की आगे की प्रकिर्या शुरु
हुई।

और पासपोर्ट ऑफिस के टोल फ्री नंबर पर 15 से 20 बार बात हो गई, वो भी बस
जल्द ही जारी कर दिया जायेगा का आश्वासन देकर कॉल कट कर देते हैं.
अत: आपसे विनर्म निवेदन हे की प्रार्थी के पासपोर्ट की आगे की कारवाही
शुरू कराई जाये, और जल्द से जल्द पासपोर्ट प्रार्थी को
जारी करा दिया जाये।
हम आपके आभारी रहेंगे।
