Passport Office Ghaziabad — passport delay

Hello sir,
I applied for my passport on 18 january 2019 and police verification done 2 weeks prior. My brother applied for the passport on 25 january 2019 and he has received his passport. I have not yet received my passport, please look into the situation as i need it urgently. E-mail was also sent to rpo. [protected]@mea.gov.in regarding this issue but no reply came from their side. I am very much concerned about the status. Please help me.
