i applied for the passport on 19/03/08 and police verification is done on 20/04/08. The verified file is already sent by the police on dated 08/05/08. But still i am getting the status in your official website as " police report not yet recieved "
i am fecing so much of problem so please give me a reply about this.i need passport very urgently that i got a job . please reply as soon as possible.

I recieved your letter today regarding the requirement of original birth certificate for passport file no.DLHZ04138109 DATED(11/11/09) GROUP-Z When I took admission in Ist standard in government school, I have dposited my original certificate. I was having only attested photostat copy.But I have deposited the photocopy of birth certificate personally to your head office(1/2/10) monday. Once again you are asking for the original birth certificate.

I had submitted my passport for renewal at the Thane RPO on August 8, 2007. At that time I was residing in Nasik. I have still not received the passport despite repeated visits to the Thane RPO. In October 2008 I shifted my residence to Bangalore.
On the advice of the Thane Regional Passport Officer, I submitted a letter to the Thane Passport Office requesting that my file be transferred to the Bangalore Passport Office. Now the Thane Passport Office has asked me to come there and meet the PRO in person.

Commuting between these two cities for just a few minutes of work is both expensive and a waste of time as repeated visits in the past have not resolved this issue.

Would appreciate any assistance I can get in obtaining my renewed passport at the earliest. File Number is V017 487.

Delay in issue of passport

I had applied for passport on 20/03/2009 vide file no BNGW24050709. Policy varrification was completed on 4/5/2009. Consent police officer said that they have sent reports to bangalore.Every day i am checking passport status through online still status is comming as "Your police verification report has not been received by us yet. You may like to follow up with the concerned police autorities".
I kindly request you to please help me to get the passport as the earliest because i have received my visa and waiting for the passport

I had applied for passport on 24.06.2009 at Regional Office Hyderabad. Ref: No: W608919. On 14.07.2009 Police Verification is over, but still the status is showing as Police Verification report has been not received. Even i had contacted the verification officer who has done the verification, he is saying he already send the report. But stil status showing as PVR is not received. I have applied for a fresh passport 3 months ago 18-Sep-2009, but I still don't get it. If I check the status in the regional passport website, it states that the police verification detail is yet to be received by them. Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Sharma living at Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh). I had submitted my passport application on Dt.[protected]. File No. is W 800060. On 24/10/2009 my police verification completed. After one month gone my police verification is not reached to the Raipur (C.G.) Passport Office. On enquiry in Jagdalpur SP Office the incharge of Passport section told to me that on 06/06/2009 the Police verification had been send to Raipur office. When I demand the dispatch number he said that it is confidential could not be disclose to any other people. When I see on internet for the status of Passport which shows to me that “Police Verification has not been received” that means the Passport incharge of Jagdalpur SP office is told me lie that he did not send my Police Verification to the Raipur Office.
Sir Jagdalpur (C.G.) city is a distance of 300 K.M. to the Raipur(C.G.) city. Its take maximum 3 days to reached any letter. Here one month gone my verification is not reached to the Raipur Office. Sir please check why the Police Verification in not send by the Jagdalpur SP office to the Raipur office.
Sir I need a Passport very urgently because I have go to aboard for higher study. Sir please help me so that I could get my passport very early.

I am Sudepta Kumar Gouda having passport file no.BHU-A036526/11 applied on 20.07.2011 at District Passport Cell,Koraput. After police verification it was forwarded to District Collector Office and it was forwarded to Passport Office Bhubaneswar (Letter No.1411 Dated 13.09.11 from Collector Office). But the status shows police verification file was not found. So i have not received my passport till date. Can any one help me what to do.

I applied for the Passport adrees change on 18feb, 08.But i did not get my passport till now. The file Ref no. is d[protected]. till 21 april the status is : " ." After that i mailed to the passport office, Passport was promised for delivery at counter on[protected].. If not collected, it will be dispatched on the next working day.'But i did not get the passport till today[protected]. I been to to passport officetwise but the response was passport was ready but will dispach in this week from their side.Also No body is picking up the phone there. i have to apply for my higher studies at australia (offer letter attached)
Now i am not getting what to do ????

i am p.ravi kumar i have appiled for fresh passport on 02, april, 2008, my file no .A028808. i was staying in 40-299, jawahar nagar, moula-ali, hyd-40.by birth, later i shifed my house to beside colony i.e s4, plot-145, v.l.appt, laxmi nagar, hb colony, moula-ali, hyd-40.
i have clearly metioned it in my application and submitted the needful proofs of both the houses, on april last week the police enquirey was conducted at my present address,
but till now no enquirey was done in my old address and the status on net was [police file incomplete]. later i submitted PPF, and old address proofs on june 3rd week.no action was taken, after three weeks on my enquirey they told that my file no and ppf was sent to cyberabad police and asked me to go and enquirey there, the people of cyberabad police told that they dint got any PPf form regarding file no a028808, again i came to submiit PPf on 11-7-08,
but at enquirey counter they have gave me my paasport no and told me to keep it secertly till i get my passport in hand, the passport is printing and ill get it within 15 days .is it true r else just they told like that.
so sir i have wasted totally 4 days for only enquires now what should i do .
pls issue me pass port after verifing and when u r satisfied but do it fast sir, dont block it

Hi,
You have to write a letter and meet hte passport officer. They will clear it immediatetly. For this go with a letter and receipt of file#, other original documents. Stand in the line for appoinment.

You will be given a appointment to meent passport officer same day. And if he is okay with the furnished info and if ht PVR was cleared, they will issue/despatch the pasport same day.

I am a senior citizen. I lost my husband a year ago and as I have no children, I relocated in Bangalore from Palani, in Tamilnadu in September 2008. I am now a resident of karnataka and have even my voter Id. I have always been wanting to travel to Malayasia and other neighbouring countries but due to myhusband's health was never able to. I have now got a chance and hence applied for my passport. I submitted my papers on the 24th of March and as I had noone to guide I did not use your tathkal facility. My neices have planned a vacation in Malayasia and Indonesia and are leaving on the 4th of May.My police verification is over and even my address has been counter checked. I have been to the passport office twice but on both occassions I have not had any positive reply. I went this morning too and I was told it will take two to three weeks. It is more than a month since my papers were filed, I can't understand why the delay. I will not get another opportunity to travel if I miss this time. I can still manage to traval with my neices if my passport is issued to me by Wednesday morning. Considering my age and my situation I would like you to take a positive decession.

Due to my job location I shifted in Ghaziabad on 1st July 2008 and could not collect my passport.
When I visited Chandigarh Passport Office the administration people verified the details and
shown me my passport, but it was not given to me stating that it is only delivered at the address of
the applicant. They also collected Change of Address application from me at the same time and
also took my reciept. I was being told that the Passport would be sent to the Ghaziabad Passport office
and the notification letter for the same to my residential address (ghaziabad).
I did not receive any such notification letter.
After enquiring at the Ghaziabad Passport office, they told me that it was not dispatched from Chandigarh.
Please help me in this regard.

I m three time met the PRO Section, I have already submitted three verification documents to PRO Section 2 times. but there have no police enquiry yet from the department. My Application Number is DLH-H017216 in Delhi .Is there any problem with my application, if yes then what is it and what am i supposed to do .If no, then why my application is not processed and what is the reason for delay.
