Passport for ratnakar mokashi :- file number pn16c[protected] = ok

Passport rohini mokashi :- file number pn16c[protected] = comes with wrong gender.

We got our both the passports but i am very disported with your services my wife passport comes with gender male.
As i mentioned in my previous mail we need to travel on 24th of this month and now i come to know she need to again apply for passport renewal this is vary disappointed please kindly request you we have 6 days if can do this correct and sand as asap.

I would like to register a complaint regarding the delay of my passport. I have applied for passport in the year 2017 dated.22/08/2017, time 10:40 am but till now i did not received the passport. Its almost been 6 months since i applied for passport. When i checked the status if my application, there seems to appear "pending for physical verification rpo guwahaty". So, i rang up at rpo guwahaty and spoke with them but they are dening that there are no such pending cases but as per the verification done out here in dimapur,,,, sp (Thana) verification done on 08/09/2017, sb (Int) verification done on 25/09/2017, sib (Ib) verification done on 09/10/2017.
So, after doing all this verification process why are they giving us such a trouble in obtaining our passport. I want the authority to kindly look into the matter and issue the passport as soon as possible.

Sir, with reference to the subject cited above it is to inform you that dhemaji ps has delayed submission of police verification report because of non receiving a reply from paltan bazar ps regarding pending criminal case at paltanbazar ps if any in the name of my wife. However, on consultation with the passport branch of dsb located near guwahati high court and second officer of paltan bazar branch it was learned that dsb office after receiving the police verification report of my wife from paltanbazar has already forwarded to the passport office on 20.03.2017 and has also informed that dhemaji ps should send their police verification report independently to passport and should look for criminal records only if available at any of the ps of dhemaji. Therefore, you are requested to direct dhemaji ps to send their police verification report directly to passport office.

My fiancee's verification has done in oct'17 . We have to go on a foreign trip in January '18 after our marriage .

Hi sir,
Im 21 now. I had minor passport when i was 14. When i turned 18 and applied for a major passport there was a mistake in my parent's name in my 10th certificate as their name in my birth certificate is wrong and 10th certicate is according to birth certificate. Mistake is in my 10th certificate and birth certificate. So, when i tried to correct my 10th certificate, it was not possible because i hve studied in cbse. I have tried all the possible ways to do correction in my 10th certificate but everything failed. And when i consulted passport agencies they are not accepting my application as my parent's names are different in my 10th certificate and minor passport.
So what can i do for getting a major passport now?
Some one suggested me to cancel my old minor passport and apply for a fresh passport my keeping my 10th certificate. Is this is possible?

Me and my sister applied for passport on the month of july'2017, our appointment was on 25.07.2017. Hence it was forwarded for police verification and the police verification was held on 16.08.2017 but the status is still showing pending for police verification in both our cases. When i enquired about at the police station according to them they had sent the report to sp office. On the month of october i went to the rpo and enquired about it they told that the police report didnt arrive. So it is seen that it is pending at the sp office kamrup metro. Its been more than 3months from the date of application. At the time of appointment i was told that the passport process does not exceed 3months from appointment date.
Please help me resolve this matter. The details of passport applications are.

My name is pinky jain and am residing in tezpur assam. I applied for my passport on 11.08.2017 and my file no is gu[protected]. My application is verified by the office and forwarded to tezpur police and it has also been verified and forwarded to sp office after many difficulties. I have been troubled by the tezpur police for documents and eventually i gave them all the documents they demanded for though the documents where not compulsory. And now when my file is passed to the sp office they too are demanding new document each day i visit there. I have already submitted
1. Aadhar card
2. Pan card
3.10th admit card
4. Mummy and papa voter id 5. Marriage certificate affidavit
6. Nrc papers
7. Ward commissiner documents
And now they are again demanding for 1. Rent agreement
2. Telephone bil
3. Bank pass book
4. Ward commissioner document more copies
They want them as a address proof and as a proof to knw if a m an indian or not. I guess the previous document which i have submitted is more than enuf for proofing that im an indian residing i tezpur, m a post graduate, and my dob proof. Now what more do i need to keep on arranging.
I am pissed of with the regular harassment.. Please help me. And suggest me what should i do.

I applied for passport on 20/01/2017 from itanagar pslk with file no. Gu[protected] with date of birth 03/05/1990, name: krishna chakma and verification has been done at respective local police station but status is still showing pending for physical police verification at respective thana under sp office changlang. Further, i contacted sp office changlang (Sb branch) and they told that they have sent pvr to police headquarter itanagar on 20/06/2017 vide no. Csb/08/ (A)/2016-17/121 with ref. No. Phq/sb/7/ (3)/04/2017/46 but still pvr has not been uploaded to regional passport office, guwahati. Hence, i would like to know what steps need to be taken for the better convenience why pvr has bot been uploaded to passport regional office and please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I called them today on 9th oct 2017 regarding my passport they cut the call just like that. This is causing a problem for me. Such behaviour of the staff is creating hassle. Whereas my appointment date was 28.7.17 i am done with all the formalities along with physical police verification. This is not that way people behave just cause m a 12std student. I am getting in trouble as m not being able to receive my passport which is required to create my bank a. C. Bank is not accepting other documents so i require it. Please tell me what is the issue for which m not being able to receive my passport.

I am ngupang ngoshe phom, i have applied for my indian passport on 14 january 2017 and this is my file no th[protected]. As per the passport authority have suggested me, i have made my appointment on 16th january 2017 in the regional passport office thane with apo. He has asked me to attest my aadhar card photo copy with the application. I have completed even this requirement.
I have also completed my police clearance requirement from karjat police station here on 9/2/2017 the police department from karjat also has submitted a good report, not only that my residential proof and clearance is done on march 1 (From my native place yongam longleng nagaland) after which i have received a massage your clearance from ministry of home affairs is awaited on march 10/ 2017 after that there is no further update of my passport status. I have produced all the necessary documents from my side. So please help me to get my passport as soon as possible.

I have submitted passport application on[protected] at passport seva kendra, guwahati and my file no. Is gu[protected] the police verification was initiated on[protected]. And verification has been successfully done on[protected] at local police station (Hojai) with cvr no: 424/16. I have provided all the required documents to police but my passport has not been issued till now, i have visited the sp office, nagaon several times to get the status of police verification of my file, but i did not get any valid reason for not forwarding the police report and the process is delayed.in a nutshell, they are not serving my cause, its been almost a year now that the police verification report is still pending. If there is any additional document needed to produce for the police report then please let me know, so i can furnish that.

I am a student and staying out of my town so is is not possible for me to miss my classes and visit the sp office again and again. So, i would like to inform you that quick steps should be taken and look up into the matter, i'm seeking your kind support and assistance regarding my passport.

Sir, I applied for a passport through online and paid for it as well as took an appointment on 10/3/17 at 9:30 am. As per procedure I was called and handed over my certificates on by one and got my photography and fingerprints taken and sent to section B where I encountered at B2 counter for verification. Here I was asked for my home address documents for bank passbook etc which I showed him my I Card which without any reason rejected it saying to come in other day within the month. But I requested him to take a closer look at the ICard as the I card is of the govt of Assam with the full particulars of the person his address signed by the superintendent of Police Dibrugarh. Now the question is that is this I card of a govt employee as sub inspector of police whose record stands clear in the so called RR (reserve register) for his entire service life signed by a D. G. P during his enrolment has no value than bank passbook cover is really ridiculous. Therefore I request to revise the matter as I am putting this matter to high authorities for refusing and arrogantly behaving to me when I requested him to look into the matter, as my passbook was not with meand may have got misplaced as I usually withdraw my salary through ATM and has no certain time to rectify it. I applied for my passport on 27/07/2015. Since then my passport has been at the police station for verification as per the online status. But the in charge at the police station says he never received it. I have been running up and down all the PS in Ghy. Please consider this complaint, and help me out here. I have spent 2 years of my life running like a maniac from this PS to that PS. It shouldn't be so hard to get a passport in our country. Please note my file number. GU[protected]

I have done my process in 21st Nov
Police verification is done by 28th Nov but onlyn status tracking shows that still the police verification is pending but agin after confirming with the district police they have clearly mention that the verification is been done and they have submitted my file approved to the Guwahati passport office
Itz been more than 1month now No update of the status and the passport isnot deliverd

I had applied for passport on 7 nov2016 and done with police verification but still u didnot get passport. Status is showing that pending for physical police verification at respective thana under sp office district kamrup
But when when i did control with local thana they informed 7dec16 they send the file and when i did contact at sp office ghy a person mr jehrul checked and informed me that they got my file but stil status so same.
Pl help me i need my passport. Its urjent. My file gu[protected].

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have applied for my passport to get re-issused on march10 2016and the authorities told me that i will be receiving my re - issued passport within a month. My passport file number is bo[protected]when i checked the status of my passport round about 2 weeks ago on net, then it showed that my the passport application under rewie at the regional passport office

Its been more than 6months now that i have been waiting for my passport to arrive.
I now need it urgently as i have to go makka sharif and without the passport number i can't register for the same exam.
