Hi nirmala it too bad. Government just giving advertisements to trap public but not adhere the rules. It is good & i can advise you to contact your local press people with all proofs & i know one guy who interacts with police n question the police as well by following rules & regulations...

My daughter, Miss Niharika has applied for a Passport and has been assigned No.H0006331/09. All the formalities including Police enquiry have been completed. On running status enquiry search for my son’s passport the message displayed was that the passport delivery is delayed due to unforeseen incidents happening in Hyderabad and it would be delivered in a week time but not happened as specified.

Actually my parents have applied for passport 5 months back and their police verification is completed 4 months back with application numbers Z251893, Z251893.

And now the status of the applications is “ It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time “.

I am now 9 months pregnant and my due date is within 20 days from now. I am staying alone here in USA and nobody is there to assist me.

Once they receive the passports they have to again go for the Visa processing also.

I need my parents to be available here by my delivery time. I am really praying for my parent’s passports to be delivered everyday.

Please understand my situation and help me. I do not know whom to speak regarding this and writing here.

I am Ananda Vardhan Chagamreddy, I applied for ECNR on 16-Feb-2010 at Hyderabad Passport Office for myself with File Number: M006879. Earlier there was no police inquiry for ECNR and it used to take 1 day for ECNR stamping.

I was told that I will receive my passport by post in 10 days. Its been 1.5 months now and the online status is still in "Police report has not been received". I have mailed to the public grievance officer - passport office twice and I didn't get any reply.

My father went to passport office to inquire about the status and they told him to write a letter which he did. This was 2 weeks back and still there is no progress.

I am really worried about my passport now, please help me to get ECNR check on my passport.

First time I went to the Secunderabad passport office for renewal there security guards said the process is done in Begumpet Post Office.

2nd time I've gone to Begumpet Post Office & waited for 3hrs and have asked them to handover my passport along with the new one because am having the valid Visa o[censored]AE, they said that I must have 1 yr Bank Statement so, I came back... & today when I went almost waited for 4 hrs (8:30am to 12 Noon) & at the last moment they said it should be submitted in Secunderabad... Why didn't they said to me in the starting only when they've said I need to have the Bank Statement that I've to submit in the Secunderabad...& the staff in Begumpet Post Office who takes the form are very rude in talking to public...doesn't give the proper response.

Is this the way treatment is given to the applicants??? They doesn't give any proper procedure & make the public to stay for hours together. When the turn comes they say you should submit in so & so place...

Now tell me what should I do & give me the correct procedure for my renewal of Passport...

For the correction in spelling of my daughter name and the gender.As both the name and the gender has been wrongly entered by the Hyderabad Passport Office. The above details were not as per the application submitted by us.During re submission of the passport for corrections with required documents we were told that the passport will be delivered within 10 days as per the delivery address.

PASSPORT OFFICE — i did't receive my passport

i applied passport before 4 months.when i receive my passport

it had taken 18day but anquire people d't came up to know what is the problem

My wife Asfiya Naseem has applied for the fresh passport on[protected]. The File # A[protected] last year. Till now we have not received the passport. Sir i and my wife has attened the adalat 5 times all the time the passport officer told that all the reports are fine and the passport will dispatch in a week of time. Then the status also changed and it shown me that the passport will dispatch on 19 Sep 08. I was very happy at that time and after 10 days it shown me this status It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.
Sir i am working in abroad and i want to call my family. To take the visa my company is asking me the passport copy of my wife.

Heance i request you to dispatch the passport as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

My passport file no is HYD W230004 09.
I applied for pass port on[protected]. Today its[protected] and I have still not received my passport. Police verification was completed and the Clear report has been sent to the on[protected]
Whenever I check the status cheeking[protected] pass port status show police report has been cleared i am expected dispatch[protected] all documents following be order now[protected] always shows "OTHERS".

Dear Sir,

My passport file no is HYD w[protected]./w[protected]/w[protected].
I applied for renewal on[protected]. Today its[protected] and I have still not received my passport. Police verification was not completed Whenever I check the status using http://164.100.17.25/passmain.php?city=hyd, it always shows.
First time I was told the Police verification report was not received. Then I went to Saifabad (office opposite Imax). Here they told me the verification report was sent.
Inspite of all this...I have still not received my passport

I am disgusted with the in-efficiencies of the Regional Passport Office.

my wifes application for passport renewal also has been sent to police verification and police didnot come to verification even after 2 months of date of submission. when i call the concerned person he talks rudely to me, in case the verification is not going to get over in a week i am going to complain to the superiors.
