Passport Office Hyderabad — heavy parking charges at passport office, begumpet, hyderabad

Staff at parking lot of begumpet passport office, hyderabad are charging rs 50/- per hour for car parking... Usually it takes a minimum of 2-3 hours in making the passport... Hence, they are charging at least 100-150 rs from each person.
Moreover, they do not give any printed receipt for parking... Instead, they give a white blank slip, on which they just write the timing at which the vehicle enters the parking... And then charge as per the duration the vehicle is parked in.
On being asked about the receipt, they all start fighting with customers and resort to foul and threatening language... They also, forcefully, do not let the vehicle go till the money is paid as per the charges written by him on the blank slip.
They are not only charging exorbitantly, but also deliberately not giving the receipt for the same.
Concerned department is requested to kindly check on this.
