I am senior citizen Mohammed Osman Shareef renewed my passport on 13th August [protected]@passport sevakendra TOLICHOWKI. Application reference no. 20-[protected]. I received new PP No. U4792882 with a week by speed post. Same day at the counter I paid Rs 600/_ for green color leather bag. Till day I have not received the same. No communication.
