Passport Office Hyderabad — Not Received Tatkal Passport

Not Received Tatkal Passport Dear Sir/Ma'am, We have applied Passport for our Grand Mother under Tatkal category on 26/05/2015 and the Police Certification was done on the next day. Its been almost 6 weeks we applied for the passport, the status is still showing as "Passport application is under process at Regional Passport Office." We we made an effort to call the customer care, after waiting for so long on the call, we are told that they don't have any information about this and we must wait till we get the passport. Please let us know is there any timeline to receive Passport under Tatkal Category. Awaiting for your reply on this. Thank you so much in advance.
