Passport Office Hyderabad — Transaction failed money deducted

Sir on 23/04/2017 8:04pm and 24/04/2017 around 6am i have tried to make payment for new passport through my andhrabank debit card but my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my account
And i have waited 7 days to get refund of my money but my money not refunded
