Sir, my name is rita nagpal. I had applied for the passport on[protected] and today it is[protected]. But till date i have not received my passport. I have many times contacted your department but they keep saying that my application is under review. Can you tell me the reason for the delay. According to your rules after 5 days of applying if you don't get a reply we can put in our complaint.
