Sir, my name is navneet singh. I had applied for the passport on[protected] and today it is[protected]. But till date i have not received my passport.
I have many times contacted your department but they keep saying that my application has been granted and police verification report has been submitted.
Can you tell me the reason for the delay.
According to your rules after 5 days of applying if you don't get a reply we can put in our complaint. I am a government employees why is my application pending

Sir/madam,
In order to update my particulars (Removal of "ecr" category), i applied for passport renewal. During the post police verification, unfortunately i was not found at my current address since i had to travel out of town for personal business. Police sent back the report for revision by the very next day when i visited police station.

Please assist in re-initiating police verification. Please note that old passport and new passport incorporate same details apart from ecr category status and all verification processes were carried out and were successful during the former passport issuance.

Please assist.

My mother has applied for passport on 04/01/2018 but till now status is not updated and police verification is also clear and successfully completed.
I had also complained on the passport website but no resolution is given.

Police verification is done from local police station bansur, all reports are ok but when i see online status than i see police verification is not clear when i am meet with police man than he says i am sended your report already so now please help me what can i do.

I have Online applied my passport 8 Dec. 2017 . And I have been police verification also completed 19 Dec. And have been submitted police verification report 26 Dec. 2017 to Jaipur office. But I have not received my passport. It's too late sir.
What is reason I don't know.. Kindly solve my problems. And send me my passport

I have submitted this complaint so as to inform you that i had applied for passport on 05/12/2017 and no police verification has been done till now and on asking on the helpline no. They told that the form has been sent to the sp office of kota but there is no police verification done as a month has passed after applying for passport

Hello sir,

I have applied for renewal of passport for my wife and daughters mallika and kritika on the above mentioned file numbers through kota psk.

We tried submitting annexure - d with the application but kota psk staff refused to take it. When the application reached jaipur i received a letter for demanding annexure - d. The same has been sent to jaipur office through registered post and it has been delivered as per post office online check before 15 days. Till now the status for both the file numbers have not been changed.

I have a plan to go out for a family trip in the last week of oct.

Please help me in getting the passport.

I applied for a renewed passport on 24 th july and till date i haven't received my passport the last updat was your passport has been dispatched with speed post with tracking number pp[protected]in on 30th august, as per rules i should have received the passport maximum by 1st of september, but the speed post update shows that the article was brought and registered with them on 1st of september, the wrong information provided by the passport office costed me a waste of my international flight ticked i was scheduled to fly on 2 nd september but i cannot receive my passport furthermore it took way too long for the passport process as well! In this case the negligence is either from the rpo or the speedpost department someone has to be held accountable for this inconvenience and economic loss! Which costed me salary for 3 days mental physical harrasment and flight date change fare and penalty.in last few days i went to the rpo where. Even after telling the urgency of this matter they refused to enterntain my request for timely passport renewal, i also complained in the grevinces cell department, who is respeonsible to bear all my loss? If the problem is not resolved here kindly guide me how to proceed with the court procedure!

While i was applying for norwagian visa all pp demanded in original.
Please, send me my old pp at possible earliest.

My wife applied for passport on 17-7-17
And got her police verification cleared on 28-7-17... But still she have not received her passport... And we have booked our holiday package costing 3 lakh of mauritius country from 24-8-17...
Now.. If she will not receive her passport.. There will be completely loss of this amount to us...
Kindly co-operate with us... And send us our passport as soon as possible...

I hv applied for renewing my passport as i require it in urgent so i had applied it in tatkaal, when i reach psk on appointment date they told me change this to normal and there were 2 more small changes which they told me can edit same day after 4pm and today already more then 3 days yet no option for edit kindly please guide me what should i do?

Hello i mustafa has been applied for passport on 12/04/2017 and file number is jp01c[protected] and reference id :[protected] on passport website complain my police verification done on 20/04/2017 but passport still not dispatch kindly put you eye on my problem and solve it as soon as possible. As i have my urgent work of passport and they are delaying so and i have applied on call center but deyare not responding.

Respected sir, i(ANURAG SAMERIYA) applied for passport on[protected]. i got appointment on[protected] at jhalawar post office passport seva. on that day my ragistration no.(JP01C[protected]) has been generated by the present officer but due to my injury in a fingure of left hand my fingure print $ photo process not completed the officer tell us that i will come there when my fingure got well with that ragistration no. he gave me, than after 20 days i try to take an appointment as per the rule 3 appointment in a year can be taken but it shows an error, so i went to passport office jhalawar for a solution on[protected] but both the officer present there are helpless for me.they have not any knowledge into this matter, i also try to call on passport office jaipur complain no. but no one pic the call on[protected], 11:00AM approx.
so i request you to look into the matter soon & make asolution for that issue so i can further complete my passport process.

Regarding to change my address d-85 to b-85.
Respected sir, i am miss tanvi tanwar d/o rajendra singh tanwar, b-85 budh vihar alwar (Raj.). My passport file number is jp[protected]. I apply passport in the month of march and my repotting date is[protected].in the passport office check my original documents step by step and give an acknowledgement letter and say my passport will issue within 21 days.
After 5 days police verified my residence location and inform me that there is a mistake in your address i. E. D-85 but originally is b-85 but in passport office can not told any mistake in my address.
Then i called passport customer care and they say that you were going to passport regional office in jaipur and edit your address. There is no pay extra money for edit your address and no penalty at all.
Passport regional officer say that you can reapply passport for police verification and pay 1500 rupee extra for change address and say that when you do not pay this amount you pay 5000 rupee for penalties.

Sir/madam i am suffring from some problem. actually i applied for police clearance certificate after fulfull online form. then i see payment gateway .when i want to paying to canara bank debit card then got OTP on my mobile no. and fill that OTP on payment gateway. after processing gateway showed time out and got error. when i checked track payment status it showed transaction failed then i again retry same procedure and again faced same problem getting error. that time charges not deducted to my canara bank account after harassment i tried to use sbi bank debit card than i fill all information in gateway page then proceed to payment of rs 500/-. after this payment transaction goes to successful of Rs 500/-. but after 30 -40 min. i receive three another deduction massage from bank amount 504, 504 and 504 rupees. totally i lost 1512/- . when i tried three time got error and that time i didn't receive any deduction massage from bank so request to you plz help me try to provide me refund

Passport fees from my bank account is deducted twice instead of the notification of failed transaction first time.

The transaction was made on 31st january 2016 at 19:35:23 (Application reference no. : 16-[protected]). The fees for one failed transaction was refunded in bank account on 4th march 2016 but was then again deducted on 29th april 2016.

Hopefully the passport fees will be refunded this month.

I submitted all the required document at RPO Jaipur and they said you will receive your passport once a police verification gets clear, my police verification got clear but still I haven't receive my passport.

It has been over a month passport application has been submitted, which is for an Infant Boy, officer confirmed that within 15 days passport will be delivered. till now they are not even replying on the same. very very very poor service. we have told that we have to travel which is very IMP. we have loss of more than 75000 INR only bcoz of this delay. kindly do the needful.. urgent Application ref no: JP01C[protected]
