Sir, I have applied for correction of DOB, mother's name, address in my passport in February 2020 and visited regional passport office, jaipur after submission of my biometrics and all documents at passport seva kendra jaipur.
At rpo jaipur my concern was not answered properly and the staff member was rude. I shown him all the original documents and told him that I was a minor when my first passport was issued and that those details were mistakenly filled. There is a rule in passport act that we can correct our DOB when we first time apply for reiusse of passport after becoming a major which fit in my case. I have all original documents such as original birth certificate, adhar card, marksheets, mother's passport, driving license etc, still nobody listened to me and its been 8 months I haven't got my passport.
Sir, I need it very urgently as I need to go abroad for higher studies.. Its a matter of my career and life pls help me because if there will be more study gap then I may not get visa and admission into foreign college. My career will be spoiled. I need to go in January 2021. I have sent a legal notice via my lawyer on 9/10/2020 to rpo jaipur but they didn't replied to that too.
I want further instructions and help regarding my passport. I beg u help me as soon as possible and save my future.

Sir i've applied for new passport and visited at passport office on dated 25.10.2019 and police verification has been done on 11.11.2019 but status of application still now for review at regional passport office and now as i'm calling rpo jaipur no one answers my call and i've mailed them on 12.12.2019 but their is still no response from them i'm attaching proofs regarding my application, mail and call history to passport office jaipur

Right now its 4.40pm and i am thrown out of the office by saying we are close for today. I have visited the office at 3pm and they had some identity issue and told me to make new passbook for identity. And come by 5pm and now they are not accepting by saying we are close for today yet the working hours are till 5.30pm.

As per last sms recieved by passport seva kendra my passport was despatched on 18th sep 2019. Its been 12 days i have not recieved it. I checked with the post office team they told me they have returned it to the passport office jaipur as they could not track me. Its been 4 days. The status still shows that your passport is despatched. I tried calling more then 20 times in a day to check with jaipur passport i fail to understand what are they getting paid for if you can't evem pick up calls. Everyday i call 10-15 times to check have they recieved it or not as post office clearly stated its not with us. Customercare of passport helpline are useless they have no solution to this problem. Please i beg not to play with my future my college application sates are at sake.

I want to say that, the passport office of jaipur needs to recruit more staffs even the efficient staffs, because people have to wait so long. I am waiting in the office in section b for an hour, just for my turn. Here tcs company is handling all the work so i thought that it should be much more efficient, but its not.
Immediate improvements are needed as quickly as possible.

I am hema kanwar w/o mr. Ravinder singh shekhawat. Request you to impound or seize his passport untill he don't paid the arrears of 12 lakhs 90, 000 as monthly maintenance till 15 the feb of 2019. Interim amount of rs.30, 000 per month to be paid from 15 the july of 2015 to me as monthly maintenance. It is ordered by special court, session court of jaipur on 14 the june 2016.in 2016 there was many recovery warrants and arrest warrant issued against him by respective court but he left the country in 2016 and come back on 9th feb of 2017 and take temporary ex party stay on this order from jaipur high court on 20th feb of 2017.
But after a long period on 22nd feb of 2019 jaipur high court listen the all facts and vaccant the ex-party stay taken by ravinder singh shekhawat because ravinder singh is an international guide. Its a humble request to you to seize his passport untill he don't pay the arrears amount of arount around 13 lakhs. This amount has to pay by him to me in every month. But he is escaping from it. And again he go to abroad and don't come to court on respective court hearing date. Cpurt no.20 has bounded him to present in court on 10th jan of 2019 but still he didn't came. Now the next court date is 11th march of 2019 but again he will not come to court. His arrest warrant is released from the court today. So it's again a humble request to you to please stop him to go abroad. Impound his passport and visa so that jhotwara police can easily catch him and present him in respective court on 11th march. Its an urgent, urgent, urgent. Please help me sir

Hi team, i had applied my passport last year (Oct 2017) and police verification and all things has been done, but i had got objection letter for certain information and i replied back the same. After that no answer from jaipur passport office and i called them multiple times and sent mail as well but no reply.

I (Geetika kathuria) has applied for the passport in year 2008 from jaipur passport office when i was studying in banasthali university.

Passport was issued (Jpra[protected] but was not received by me as course got completed.

I also visited jaipur passport office (J14, jhalana institutional area, jhalana doongri, jaipur, rajasthan 302051) on 7th june 2018. And requested to handover my passport or if it get expired then to issue a cancellation letter so that i can apply for new passport from my present address faridabad. As faridabad passport office require cancellation letter from jaipur regional passport office.

I am not able to get any update from jaipur passport office about my passport.

Request you to look into this matter and guide to proceed further.

Today I went for passport of my wife in passport office Jaipur and it took 2-3 hours for me to wait outside the passport office and there was no seating or waiting area,
I managed to find a place at nearby agent shop and was seated
But I feel really sad for the people who ho direct without agent there is no place to sit and after seeing old age ladies who have problem in knees are waiting on the floor outside passport office as beggars is this our standard in india
I feel shame about sharing the pics and would request you to kindly take step to improve this

We have applied for the passport on 22nd may 2018 at your alwar office. The application was for kanika sharma (Requested for address change) & shanaaya sharma (Minor).

All the required formalities were completed during the time of submission. However till date there has been no update on our application status on your online platform. We also tried confirming with your customer care [protected] and they asked us to check with rpo jaipur on[protected] but nobody picks up the phone.

I request your support to kindly update us on the status and expedite the process.
