Respected sir, my passport have not recieved. file number is A 000518.

My file no is w200286 my police inquiry is also done but till the date i did not got my passport.

respected sir, i had applied for passport in 23 july 2008 FILE NO.- A047081 but when inquiry came i was in banglore because i got selected for M.B.A. programme and i was unable to come to my hometown. for this, i have submitted 2 p.p.f. form on jaipur counter along with my banglore address on 22nd of oct. but inquiry didn't came then i again sent the p.p.f. form banglore through the registery but inquiry didn't came.again on 6th of march i have submitted the p.p.f. form along with my banglore address on jaipur counter and they told me that within 10-12 days inquiry will b come in banglore but still inquiry not came.i want to know that what are you doing..? plzz sir, i am a M.B.A. student i have taken loan for this and i have to go industry tour for training in the and of april and i have 2 submit my passport before 18th of april.
plz sir its a request plz.. take a action... i really need it.i am saying to u frenckly if you want something then i l pay but plzz... its a question of my future...? plz sir.

Sir,

I have applied for a passport at Lucknow Passport Office on 02.04.09 having file no.-LKOA07287309. Initial query was done & police report was pending. I went to the police station & found that my file was with them. The Police personnel did the verification later on. Meanwhile i got transferred to Udaipur & therefore i got the file transferred to Jaipur Office on 19/05/09 : 13:30 By P430.

Now when i am trying to see the status of my file, its still showing "Report pending from Police". I therefore request you to let me knw the exact status & by when would i receive the Passport. Also would like to know that as the verification is already done at Lucknow, will there be repeat verification here in Udaipur.

Sir,

Iam writing to you in reference to the file Num (JPR- W[protected] a passport i received on 12th august 2008, which has even wrong enteries like spelling mistake and gender mistake.In passport my name appears as Ramandeep Kour but my actual name is Ramandeep Kaur.My gender is a female (f) and not a male (m).So this seems to be shown negleginence or inadvertence towards duties shown by the employees.

As it is an important document and am sorry but your people are playing with this.This is a blunder and we cannot tolerate this mistake at any cost.Now we are not in a position to rom arounds your passport offices from sawai madhopur to jaipur (about 160km away).The mistake is found at your end and I want solution as soon as possible.I want my rectified passport otherwise i have to go for some strict action with help of media channels.

I hope it is clear to you and hope there will not be such types of mistakes in future.

I was happy to receive my passport but next moment it turned into agony due to mistakes in Mother's, Father's and even husband's name. My Mother's name is appearing against my husband's (How can husband's Name end with Devi), while Father's Name against Mother's and Father's Name as any random name(Pukhraj)?

I have not been able understand that by putting our grieviances here no action is taken by any agency.

In the NOC issued by our office is as per Annexure B and also stated certain conditions applicable to me. Passport office is askeing to issue NOC without conditions. When I approached our office that it was pointed out that in past also such NOC was issued and this was accepted by Passport office so why they are objecting now.

Iam writing to you in reference to the file Num (JPR-W100893/09) a passport i received on 18 September2009, which has even wrong entery of Date of birth mistake.In passport my date of birth appears as 16/06/2009 but my actual date of birth is 28/10/1986.So this seems to be shown negleginence or inadvertence towards duties shown by the employees.

As it is an important document and am sorry but your people are playing with this.This is a blunder and we cannot tolerate this mistake at any cost.Now we are not in a position to rom arounds your passport offices from Kapasan, Distt.-Chittorgarh to jaipur. The mistake is found at your end and I want solution as soon as possible.I want my rectified passport otherwise i have to go for some strict action with help of media channels.

Sir, I had applied online for passport of my sister(14 years old) and when I went to submit the documents, the person who verifies the documents did not approve my application that I had not attached any of parents passport. Its not possible for me to attach because My parents dont have passport yet.I had attached annexure H also.The verifier told that I cannot apply for passport unless I have passport of my parents. Kindly help me and guide me that is it possible to apply for passport without passport of parents? If yes then what all documents are required for the same.

I had applied for my passport on 19 February 2008 at the Jaipur passport office. Since I am a student studying in Jodhpur, I provided my residential address at Jodhpur. The police verification at Jodhpur was complete and my status on the internet said that "Police report is clear- Passport to be despatched within a week's time". However, when I checked the status about 10 days later, it said that I have concealed the fact that a criminal case is pending against me. To the best of my knowledge and belief there is no such criminal case pending against me. In fact I have not been involved in any criminal matter other than a complaint lodged by me to acquire a new sim card on losing my cell phone about one year back. There has been no Police verification in my permanent residence in Karnataka to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I sent an email to the passport office but there has been no response.

Please help me as to how I can get the details of the alleged criminal case against me so that I can clarify the same.

I have been applied for passport Jodhpur office on 07.05.2008& file no Z041386. Police varification also completed on 23.05.2008 at my native place "Phalodi" but the official web site shows that "police report has not been received"

I am from KOTA and currently woring in Chennai.
In may 08 i got latter that "submit PPF form along with your chennai address"
So last month date 07-june-08 I have submitted the documnets in Passport office jaipur.
Bust still getting the same status as 2-3 months before i.e.

"PLEASE SEND THE ABOVE INFORMATION/ DOCUMENTS WITHIN 15 DAYS FAILING WHICH IT WILL BE PRESUMED THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN OBTAINING A PASSPORT AND THAT YOU APPLICATION WILL BE CLOSED"

I have enquired to area police station also they are telling till now we haven't received any form from jaipur.
I am not getting why the delay is happening!
Can you pls tell me generlly how much time a form take from one state to another state?
as i submited on 07 june(in jaipur) and till 15 july(Chennai) it completed one month but havent received.
and
why it is showing the same status now i have submitted the PPF form also? i have receipet also for submission of PPF form.

I am an Army Officer at present posted abroad. I had applied for renewal of passport of my son who is a minor just before proceeding for my tenure abroad (CONGO). I had submitted application with Passport Office Jaipur on 29 Apr 2008 alongwith Xerox copy of both parents passport and my sons old passport in original. In this case there is no requirement of police verification. Then also Jaipur office has gone ahead with the police verification...it seems they are not well versed with the procedure. (File No : JPR M 003615). Till date I am yet to recieve my son's passport.
Being in Armed Forces I get vacations far and apart...and duringthese vacations of mine I had planned to take my family abroad for a vacation. It seems, looking at the inefficiency of our officials I will not be able to take a vacation

I had applied for a fresh passport at Regional Passport Office, JAIPUR on 11th August 2008.

My police enquiry is also done. But still I have not received my passport. It's more than 3 months (approx 105 days) since I applied for passport. I can't understand why this delay is happening. Police verification has been completed after few days on my present address but not done on parmanent address.Then I went through online status check of my passport.It showed "Kindly submit two PP forms" & then I submitted two PP forms at jaipur office.After that police verification has been completed on my parmanent address also.
