Myself anil nair, arn 18-[protected] — call came from [protected] kolkata bidhan nagar (E) police station asking for police verification — i was in trivandrum — after nearly 2 months i m back in kolkata — rang the above number and asked him whether he has submitted the report — he said no — asked him for verification — he said to come on 18/1/19 at purto bhavan, salt lake sector-2, room-303 between 10.30 and 11.30 but hasn't given his name, when asked for — but why at some other place instead of police station/thana — i felt a little suspicious — kindly check the veracity of the number [protected], whether the person is genuine or fraud and shall i have to take re-verification permission from rpo — anik nair [protected]

My name is sukanta das, i live in barrackpore, kol -700121. Already i have passport but my baby passport not give. My baby name is suparna das. I submit my baby passport on 27/11/18. My baby pass port file no - ca01c[protected] & baby date of birth - 18/09/2014. So in this time i have not give my baby passport. Please despatch my baby passport in my comunication address.

Some # here in psk kolkata has decided to change the entry way of psk, you have to enter aft and proceed all the way to fwd. And on completion you come out aft of the building and proceed all the way fwd. And how in hell you cannot accompany your wife who is applying for the first time to assist her?? Who is that # who decided this norms?? Basic amenities are in shambles, toilets are more dirtier than the slums.

I bittu chhetri passport number ho321567 has given passport for renew before 5mnths in dubai embassy, but still its not renew they are waiting for police clearence, but my police varification is alreday done in my residence. Why its too late to send my police clearence which is already done before 1mnths. My file number is ca[protected]. Please help me i am outside the country and its very hard to stay without passport.

I have applied for passport on 10/3/2018, file no. Ca[protected]. Verification done at kolkata regional passport office on 13/03/2018, then police verification done also at respective thana (Barasat, west bengal, north 24 pgs) long back, they also said everything is fine, still i am getting same update "pending for physical police verification", i need it urgently, please look into this matter, one month 20days passed.

I, dr. Sanchita samanta hereby stating that one of the staff on a13 counter at 9.15 am misbehave with me. I went there for re-issue of my passport (N0-ca[protected]/arn18-[protected]) at schedule time. I went through a counter to b counter (Token no-n11) to apo for correction of some mistakes in my previous passport. After checking that i went to a13 counter. Staff present there asked me about my qualification and stating me as a illiterate after seeing my previous passport and harassed me with different question. Then i showed him my post graduation certificate. I felt very embarrassed. I think that his intention was not to do anything for me on that day.
He is a very young person and at morning (9.15am) he should not behave like that with a lady, this is our actual working scenario at passport office.

In reference to my above fresh/new passport application, i like to inform you that as per my application & during my appointment at passport seva kendra on 15/03/2018 my police station have been marked as chandannagar in stead of serampore. After receiving telephonic call from dib office at chandannagar i have met with them & as per their advise i have applied to send my police verification at dib office serampore but till date i have not receive any call from dib office serampore. As per enquiry online it shows that police verification is not clear & under review at your office.

Sir so please do the needful to clear my police verification & give me an appointment to meet with you regarding the above.

With due respect i beg to state that i sri panlajsree das & my sister pranasree das has deposited rs 1500 for each person on 19/08/2016 through challan and submitted application for international passport on 02/06/2016 but i have tried my level best in several times for appoinment and could not got appointment till now. And it issome days time is remain of my challan for diposit.

I, sri tarun kr dutta applied for passport for myself, wife and daughter as on 01.05.2017. Although i have received my passport no. R0718063 after 2 months dated 27.06.17. Unfortunately, my wife and my daughters passport have not yet received by us till date though the police verification for them was done as on 05.05.2017, passport filo no. Of my wife and daughter as follows ca[protected] and ca[protected]. You are therefore requested to look into the matter as early as possible so that they can get there passport soon.

Firstly they doesn't receive the call at all, least bothered about receiving calls they are so into it with their lunch break and when they receives their statement is "i am on break"

Secondly i wanted to ask her what time should i call as i am not calling from india, person didn't even listen to it just dropped the phone, is this a service
Then please do change such staff members who doesn't know how to respect your clients

Calls doesn't get into voicemails neither on queue which is so frustrating for some urgent reasons clients call you and no such response options

And one and a half hour they receives the call and that to even no greetings nothing fine they are government workers but that doesn't mean they will forget to respect their clients they gets paid for their country people whatsoever i don't want to get into that

After receiving their again statement goes as what do you want fine when i asked the question as my father has applied for his passport and according to the passport application tracker it says its still under process but where he received text that his passport got dispatched

And now comes her answer the dodgy answer ask your "dad to come to the office and meet"

Why so where he was already been asked money for verifications and all and he paid for that still now what they freaking want

Whats wrong with them?

And might be for poor connection my phone got disconnected as courtesy i called again and said "sorry mam for the connection problem"and then government employee just goes on again "why did you call again i already told you ask your dad to come"

I was like its useless and pointless to speak with the government employees

Might be a complain might make some differences

Please do try to change the services with the client dealing

Cash deposited on sbi br. Code 9985 slec br. Dt.08.05.17 and sbi journal no.[protected] against challan no.[protected], dob 07/10/1962. It is found that payment not cleared by the bank. But bank replied deposition was successful. Another two challans no.[protected],[protected] of namita sarkar
Dob 16/07/1972 & arnab sarkar dob 14/11/1999 deposited the same date was cleared.
Please see the matter and do the needful.

I have paid my Passport Fees through Punjab bank debit card on 20 april 2017. The transaction was failed. Please find attached screen shot for the reference. Bank has deducted the amount and showing in my debit card statement. As instructed, SBI has to return to Punjab bank within 7days of the failed transaction. It has not happened as of now.

The passport Seva Kendra is advising to send email to SBI customer care. I sent sofar 2emails. No reply from SBI. Passport seva kendra has given phone number[protected] . i tried this number around 500 times sofar. It is either busy or nobody is lifting the phone, just ringing. whom to blame now? Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to for digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount. what will happen to illiterate people?when i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is SBI issue and they have to resolve. Towhom i need to contact now to get back my amount. very bad experience and don't know about SBI & Passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in India.

Hi All,

This is to bring to your notice that Mr S Chakraborty he was supposed to do my verification today, so he said he will be coming around 2:15 Pm, however he call around at 2:25 Pm and ask me to come down, however at that time i was taking my bath, so it took little long to meet him.when i went down where he ask me to come, he was not there he went some where else i call him, he said now he will not do it.he will call back me after some day.

My question is he suppose to come at my home and do the verification instead of calling me somewhere and he was very rude when i call him.so please look into the matter.

I appiontment a passport at kolkata office. but 1 st time i paid money, but do not give me any appointment. i paid through BANDHAN BANK, and this bank charge to me 1512.75 rupees . in this time i thought this money will refund me with my bandhan account . so i again paid this money another bank, then i give appointment . but until today the passport office kolkata do not refund my money. so i agree, my provlem solve very soon .

Its being more than 4 month now, i am running after passport to be issued, current status of passport is "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office." Which is there from almost 2 months, when we went and discussed this by physically visiting the office, they are saying it will take time which is not sure how many months, they should think regarding this, because passport is an important document and they are not issuing it even after so much run from my side.
