My file CAR[protected] is in same status for last one months. When I mailed to and complaint to RPO Kolkata through mail I received a mail that passport is on hold for want of PVC Aadhar card and Voter id.
I have already submitted Aadhar card verified from UIDAI website and also police verification was done through Aadhar OTP. As per UIDAI Verified or e Aadhar is equally valid as PVC Aadhar.
Also I have submitted my Pan, Aadhar for id proof and address proof respectively. Also utility bill in my name was also submitted for same address. Then why voter id asked through mail. .
Please note that on same day I have applied for passport of my wife and we have already received the passport with same documents set which was submitted in my file. File no CAR[protected] for your reference. So why such query is being given in my file.
Also if my file is on hold why I am not able to book appointment and status is not changed in portal. Is is not an intentional harrasment as I have escalated the matter through mail. If don't want to issue the passport why not they are rejecting the application. Totally frustrated and irate with RPO Kolkata. Was this information helpful? |
