Passport Office Kolkata — passport not recived

Hafijur rahaman mondal, had filed an application for the passport on 15/10/19 and still when i check my passport status, it says, the status of the entered file number is not available in the system. My police verification is done smoothly and even i have given all necessary documents and done with all type of formalities i request you to please help me.
