Myself , Tanima Chatterjee applied for re-issuance of my passport in Oct-11, with File Ref No. LKO-A[protected] in Lucknow, the police verification has already been done in Dec -11 itself, but still after 2months I could not find any status update on the website , nor I can connect with them on phone, nobody picks up the phone, emails get bounced, where our services are heading to I don't know. Please help me getting the status of my passport....

My file number LKO A099413 The message on internet says ,"it is to regret thatdue to unavoidable circumstances the passport has not been dispatched and will now be dispatched in a week's time"since last 3 months but i have not been able to get the passport till date.

But unfortunately once again denied to grant passport even after second detailed police verification because stamp or seal of SP office not containing name of authority and rest application is fine. I today went to reginal passport office lucknow in his new office at gomati nagar Lucknow.I personally found that security person's behaviour was very rough,rude & unnecessary insulting attitude.
To meet with room no.4 as per directions of the enquiry office unnecessary quoue is made at ground level and when he realsed the persons the quoe was again...

Respected sir, Our passport file ref. is LKW Z 440333 of Ramendra Kumar Gupta & LKW Z 440336 of Renuka Gupta.Since 30th May we have a message on passport status that due to unavoidable circumstances our passport was not despatched and it will despatch within a week. The same message is displayed till date.
What's the reason that passport office is not despatching our passport?

Sir,
I applied for new passport at passport office lucknow on 06 Aug 2010. It's been 10 months but my passport have not been dispatched till now. I send the mails 20 times in this regard but they never replied. I lodged a RTI against this on 5th May 2011, but still they did not reply.
If they do not even care about RTI, I do not know what to do now.

I am Swati Shahi currently working in Infosys Technologies Ltd. I applied for passport in Jan 2010 .during the police verification ,police came only for once,and at that time there is no one was at house.we got to know about this from our neighbour and that too after 2 months.due to lack of information we did not went to local police station for checking out for our file no..after some days that file was sent back...

I have submitted my passport application on 29 December 2010 in kanpur HPO and my first police verification is done in the first week of February 2011 and my second verification is done in the last week of February and according to them my all verification concerning to passport have been completed.
But still i could not receive my passport and my Passport Status Enquiry the status message is shown " It is to regret...
