I have submitted my passport application on[protected], I have clear my Police verification from Dindoshi malad police station and my status is still pending at sp office for review. The local police officer says they have submitted the verification to the SP office 10 days ago .
Please look into the matter. Please do the needful, it a small request .

Its been more than 1.5 month still I have not received my passport. I vsited 3 times to Kanjur Marg police station even they have no idea regarding the delay. The track status is same from last 1.5 month i.e. the application is submitted to SP police office and is under review. Its the worst service provided by them.
I have submitted my application on 30th September and police verification was done on 12th September. Please find below my file no and request you to please issue my passport as early as possible.

I had submitted my passport application on 13th October 2021 and on 17th my police verification was done. And usually it takes 3-4 days for police to submit the documents but for me it took almost 15 days. And on November 3rd the police guy send the documents to SP office for review. I went 3 times at the police station to check the station and they alway use to say that it's stuck in the system it will go ahead automatically...

I am trying to take appointment online from last one month's but it always shows book. And customer care number they are not answering on call.. it almost 4 months but there is no any proper response. Kindly help

I had submitted my application for the passport on 8th january 2021 and its been more than a month now as my passport verification is stil pending by the SP office. Inspite of submitting all the documents on time why is it taking so much time?

Nishani halder d/o srabani halder, i had applied in the bkc for closing the file no. B[protected], but this file haven't closed yet. The superentendent of bkc had said that she will close the file and the police verfication will be done within 7 working days. But, it has been more than 2 weeks. And the thane passport office are giving dates and dates for attending at the office. I just need a confirmation when the police verification will be done. Why the promising words are lacking behind.

Kindly, fix my problem. I need to get my mothers passport as soon as possible.

Please see below trail of email and please help me. As after the date of 21st August 2018 I won’t be able to travel. I live in Georgia and embassy is in Yerevan Armenia . So if I get the passport after August 21 then border won’t allow me to enter Armenia Yerevan with expired passport. An I don’t have anyone who I can send or have in Yerevan to send to collect my passport with POA. I was been informed they don’t have courier service even if I send and pay for it.

I have applied to re-issue my passport due to address change and personal particulars change.

Police verification initiated on 3rd august 2018, police visited to my house after 20 days, multiple documents have been asked and accepted finally on 27th august. Again they took 1 week to send the documents to sp office, status changed to sent to sp office on passport website on 3rd september. Post that status is still same as of today and 1 week passed again.

So, 1 month 10 days passed and police verification did not get completed. I would have visited police station 7 to 8 times, now it is with sp office and not sure how long it would take.

I need to apply for uk visa as soon as possible as i have my tickets booked for 12th of october.

I had applied the application for renew my passport under tatkal and i got the passport very next day but status was post police verification. I did follow up police station 3 times asking to complete verification but they said we do in our on way and will take time.
I have applied under tatkal to complete the procedure fast but if it is the case how it worth.
There should be rule for police to complete verification in 3 days.

I have applied for change in spouse name in my passport at thane passport seva kendra on 23.05.2018.
The new passport was delivered at my place on friday i. E 8th june 2018 but was returned back with a message left from post office to collect the same within 5 days.
I returned back to thane on monday i. E 11th june and on 12th june i have send my authorised representative to post office but they informed that it is not with them and they have no idea.

20/4/18 filled the application for myself my husband and my son, 23/4/18 went to submit the application at passport seva kendra given permanent address in the application as we were supposed to shift to permanent address. 01/05/18 went to submit sons application again. Due to some circumstance could not shift to permanent address. Requesting for reverification at present address. But not allowed by passport officer. Passport officer are not considering the request. They say have to 15000/- fine for 3 application on the grounds that we furnished wrong information. We didnot furnish wrong information we furnished our permanent address. And that is not wrong. Request shuld be accepeted for re verification at our present address.
As 15000/ is huge amount to pay as penalty. Pls slove the problem.

The online process for passport submission is very quick and easy. The passport gets stuck to the police verification. I visited dadar police station 2 times. Submitted all my documents. Verified with original documents. Clicked pic also. The police came to my residence - of course i was not there as i am working full day. My neighbors signed also. This is more than a month now and i have still not received any information. I have paid extra for sms.

My son aliasger passport police verification was cleared on 25thjan 2018 but still in process, still waiting no progress its been more than one mnth.
My wife arwa passport police verification was cleared before two weeks but also in process n pending pleas its a humble request to solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

My file no. Bo[protected] has been sent from bhandup police station to your office on 9th feb, 2018. However your office had not still forwarded the file back to passport office due to which the issue of my passport is getting delayed. Please look in to this issue & give the required clearance asap.

I have applied for reissue of four passport of my family, police verification cleared on 25jan 2018, but still not recvd infact status shows tht "police report not yet finalized by sp office.. Its been 11 days.. Pls help us to get our passports at the earliest.. We have submitted all the required documents n also verified n cleared by police authority.
