After a long time it does not send to me. the status of passport get me that see PRO, transfered to policy section. What is the mean and why it transfered. I want to know about it. Final year student, I shall receive the degree in Dec, 2010.Indian Shipping has selected me in campus and medical already done but due to none submitting of the verification report, I have not received the passport. Submission of Passport is mandatory for Marine engineer. Indian shipping (Govt.of India) has given me time up to 25 Nov, 2010. But due to your non submission of enquiry report to SSP, Patna, I am going to loose the opportunity. I again appeal to Indian shipping to give a week time for submission of Passport. I applied for Passport on dated 28th Sept, 2010 from Passport Office, Cochin file number—COCB[protected]. Police verification at cochin has done and submitted to Passport Office, cochin within ten days, Even, home town Patna Police department has submitted the report to SSP Office, Patna.But Special Branch report is awaited. Other State candidates have applied for passport from Cochin and all have received the passport within 25 days and all are submitted to Indian shipping except me who belong to Bihar-State.
As per my family background my father is officer, my mother is house wife and my younger brother is doing B.Tech.(Mech) from Dehradun through AIEEE test. My family is repute and most are serving in good position of State and Central services as I.A.S. and allied Services. Even, there are no adverse remarks in my career and life. Through out I have secured first class from 10th to B.Tech.(Marine). Further I express that there is no adverse remarks in my life from childhood to young.

I was not ready to write in your department for a pity matter. Due to short time frame, I compel to write and earnestly request from you to look this matter urgently so I have not suffered from job opportunity as Marine Engineer in Indian shipping. The complaint loged by the nominee for passport office PATNA is 100 percent right. In compare with other state BIHAR will be always back in every field however it is IT field Industries field or agriculture field. The government employe always misuse thier position. Related to passport from start to finish people have to pay in each stage like, at the time of application, police enquiry, SP Office and the lastly to the passport office otherwise they will not release the file or ready passport. People can't complain because they have to go abroad that's why people avoid to complain against police or related authority. I have also complained to CM of the state. let see what will be result because I have applied passport for my wife and my son in the month Oct, 2010 and police enquiry have been done in the month of Sept, 2010 but not yet received the passport. I want to ask our chief minister we have right to make passport from Bihar or not because if the bihar government will time like this then it very difficult to servive in Bihar
