Passport Office Pune Complaints & Reviews

I applied for my passport on 31st august 2019 and did police verification from my side on 1st september 2019. The police verification was initiated in sadar bazaar police station, jalna, maharashtra branch. But they have not cleared the passport although i gave all the required documents and the police officer said that all the documents are correct as well. It more than 2 months and passport guys claim they deliver passport in 21 days.

I feel this is pathetic

This is sumit jadhav and i applied for passport on 24-jul-2019 [pn[protected]] and completed police verification by manchar police station.
They have forwarded the documentation but the status still reflects as physical verification pending at manchar police station and when i inquired they told to me that physical documentation and verification completed from our end but due to the account issue it is not updated online.
So can you please confirm if the documentation is received to pune commissioner office or sent to passport office and what is status of it. If i want to follow up where i should contact.

I had applied for re-issue of passport on 03/09/19 - vide application no. Pn[protected] and even though it was a case of re-issue with no change in address or applicant name i was granted approval on pre-verification basis. Police verification was done on 14/09/19 and since then the online status is police report has been submitted by hinjawadi police station, pimpri chinchwad and sent to sp office, district pimpri chinchwad for review. What do i need to do to expedite the process?

My passport application no. Pn[protected] was submitted to pune passport office on 07/08/2019 police verification was done on 08/08/2019. Now its just showing 'police report has been submitted by yerawada police station, pune city and sent to commissioner of police, district pune city for review.'. Its has been 15 days & there is no change in the passport status. Can anyone help me on above issue... Pls help us

The police verification completed at my residence at pune has not yet been sent to the new york consulate / embassy, for renewal of my passport number h6853179.

I have an under travel requirement back to india and i cannot travel if this is not renewed.

Can you please help to get the police verification marked completed in system. Also can you send me a copy confirming that police verification was done at anki. [protected]@gmail.com, so that i can take that evidence to new your consulate.

I have applied for fresh passport on 9.5.19 police verification done on 15.5.19 but still file is pending at commissioner office can you please help me to clear same or please let me know where to visit to get it clear as already 17 days is passed for passport application file no. Due to internet problems at police station they have not able to complete the online procedure and link was stopped. Now they said me to apply for reverification at rpo.

I have paid rs.450/- to passport office pune for my leather passport cover on 2nd april 2019 and i have received the passport cover on 8th april 2019 but this passport cover didn't have the pocket for currency and boarding passes and sim card slots as told by passport office and shone in the picture, the product is not as per description or as per shone in the picture, so please help me to replace the product.

The issue is not fixed, the passport team has given me the update stating that the report id pending at the police station, however when i called police station they are stating that the report has already been submitted.

This is regarding Tatkal Passport application no 19-[protected] by my husband Praful Ghayar. since he need for good oportunity by company for some training.& compnay needs passport on urgent basis.

My husband applied for tatkal passport got & submit document as address proof :- Index II, Marriage certificate since we borrow home on home loan me Ashivni Ghayar is 1st applicant & hence MSEB bill with my name ., Praful ghayar bank passbook for present address.
Praful Adhar card having his old address of birth place . we going to change address but its takes time so request her to take bank passbook & other document as address proof but she troubling us.

All other document of id proof & education document as mentioned on passport compliance.

Still Ghorpadi Pune PO officer not accepting document saying that Praful Adhar must have present address, & delaying issue of passport. I need raise strong complaint against that officer troubling us daily we uploading document taking schedule & my husband travel many kilom. from home to passport office.

only due to that officer my husband going to miss opportunity is this India public country? certain government officer having some right trouble simple man in this way.

please take strong action against that officer.
