As for the car insurance RC book is necessary, without which insurance cannot be done I was waiting for my RC book to be delivered at my house. Its alomst a year now I have not recieved it.
I went to my nearest Mohammad Wadi Post office, Pune. where I asked for my RC book status I got an answer that it is not with us. We dont know where it is, our system has updated we dont have any records.
Then they said it must be with GPO or with RTO. Almost for a month I kept visiting to GPO Office then RTO and Mohammad wadi PO. Both of them kept saying it is not with us check with RTO. I went to RTO they said its with the Post office only we donot have it with us coz as per our system records it has not been returned to us.
I finally logged a compalint against Mohammad Wadi Post office.Now waiting for my query to be resolved.
Would like to mention at this PO one old man sitting at the desk is very rude. None of the staff was ready to look for my records and every time they had an answer we dont have any records with us. Our system has been upgraded.Almost for 6 - 7 times I kept going there, but i was not provided with any definite answer.
I am wondering where has my RC book gone.No body there is ready to help me. People are so unpleasent there and not ready to even listen to my problem.
If they are government employees then they should atlest be ready to help us. I am very disappointed with the atmosphere there. What a pathetic service. No one is even bothered about any customer visiting at that Post Office.

I ninal pardeshi, the payment that has to be paid to passport seva is paid my me by online payment with my debit card option with charge of rs.1512.75, but they show that your amount rs.1500 is not payed but money is been deducted from my account so please refund my money back or my passport work should be done.

The application status has not changed. Please suggest what to do next.
I had submitted the application form on 2nd FEB 2017. On receiving an sms from the police station for police verification, I visited the police station with all the original documents. Also on their recommendation, I visited the local police station of the previous address with all the original documents. As already mentioned the reason for address change is due to Marriage. I am not sure how to proceed further. I went to the police station once again and they said the verification is CLEAR from our side (Kothrud Police station) and I also got an sms from Passort Office that the Khadak Police verification is clear, so I am not clear as to why the passport status still shows the above. Please help regarding this matter.

I have applied for passport on 22nd august under normal category. police verification done on 8th september. but now its been 2 weeks since my status is showing below:
"status: police report has been submitted by wakad police station, pune city and sent to commissioner of police, district pune city for review."

I have applied for Passport re-issue, it's now over 3 months that I haven't received the passport. Details as under:

Suhas Chandan Mekhe: File No. PN16C[protected] dated 10/06/16

The police verification was done on 10th September, morning 11 am.

Passport website shows the application status as: "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office". While the local RPO has replied over email that "we have not received your Both police verification reports till the date".

I have to go to Dubai for an Academic Conference on 1st October 2016. Pls help me in quick dispatch of my Passport.

I visited police station for verification 3 times they said they did not received my file till the date also their online system is locked. I applied for tatkal passport due to urgency as it will do police verification after receiving passport.
Still they had treat as normal application. Please help how can I get passport within one to two days only.

Passport information not received to police station for verification

I am writing this with intense disappointment since last two months due to delay in the issue of my passport.

I had applied for the passport[pn[protected]] on [[protected]] and we have completed our pvr both addresses (Present/previous). After this we haven't received any update about the progress. When we visited psk this morning, the officer said that he has not received the hard copy of present address from police station (Your police verification report hard pending with commissioner office). But the police officer said that he has sent the hard copies. I am now in the dilemma if i will get my passport.
Sir, its really a painful job to deal with all these procedures and no one will cooperate in passport office.

Same thing happened with my husband's application [pn[protected]]who had applied on the same day.

Is it necessary to have your surname as "Singh" or "Gupta" or something like that to get cooperation from the officers. Please keep your attitude inside your pockets. You are government servants and sitting there for redressal of the problems that "common people" face. Have some humbleness I am not asking for sympathy but you should show some manners in your behaviour. And please you cannot doubt 11 month old child's identity. If you really feel that it is your job and you do it right please go find the actual terrorists. You have no right to doubt the honesty of actual innocent citizen.

Yesturday I got SMS from TCSPSK to contact Commissioner of Police. I don't know exactly whom I need to contact and why it has been on hold. Could you please let me know by when I can expect my passport. This is delaying my travels.

My brother had a police verification pending at local police station of Vaduj (Dist Satara).
Police constable there asked for a bribe of 2000 rs which my brother refused to pay.
Police officer sent a wrong report saying applicant was not present for verification.

Please advise the procedure for the re-verification.

My passport application PN[protected] was submitted to Pune passport office on 10th Feb. Police verification was done on 2nd march which was too late than expected, but that is okay as i understand that there might be too many applicants. The immediate day i.e, 3rd March status in portal was changed to 'Police report has been submitted by Hadapsar Police Station, Pune City and sent to Commissioner of Police, District Pune City for review'. Its has been 10 days passed from then and i dont see any movement of application from Commissioner office. Could someone help, i really need the passport for writing my GRE exam. I wont be able to attend the exam if i dont have passport. Is there any way to speed up the process? please let me know, i would like to opt for it.

I just got my daughters passport today... And it is having incorrect name of my wife in the passport. I have provided all the necessary documents.
Even after three checks they have added wrong name in passport.

Please look into this.
