Passport Office Raipur Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,

It is with deep pain i am writing this mail to you for appropriate action.
I don't know will anything happen for my case or not by writing this mail to you as i have logged so many complaints on the passport portal and didn't get any response.
I am afraid anybody reads those mails or not also.

My file reference number is: RPR-B[protected] and it is of date 08.08.2008.
This case is pending in the Raipur Office and i am currently in Bangalore .
I went to passport office of Raipur also few months back for completing all the formalities.
Now it is not possible for me to come to Raipur now an then that too without having any valid reason.
All the verification are done long back and i am checking the status on the passport site for my file reference number from last 2 month.
It's the same from past 2 months:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time ".
I need to apply for further study in the abroad and am in a dilemma if will be able to get my passport on time.
I can't apply without having valid passport with me.
If i will apply also with this file reference number my chances of getting selected will be less.
Please help me out on this or let me know if any action is required at my end.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport and sent duly filled application form through speed post on 21/11/08 . The application form was received at passport office Raipur on 24/11/08. I have enclosed following documents with my passport application form
1- DD of Rs.1500 .
2- Matriculation Certificate in original and two self attested photocopies .
3- Bank passbook original and two self attested photocopies.
4- Pan card original and two self attested photocopies
5- Ration card original and two self attested photocopies.
6- Two self attested photocopies of XII pass certificate.
I made the phone calls to passport office Raipur for inquiring about my application and got no reply for several days .On 18/12/08 the Passport officer Amar Jinus Lakra himself replied my telephone call and told me that my passport application has been rejected because I have attached DD of excess amount i.e. Rs. 1500 . He told me that my application form with all documents has been sent back to me on 2/12/08 by post.
Sir, I am daily making the rounds of the post office as I have not got any documents till now after 22 day have already passed and it is clear that my documents are lost or deliberately destroyed by Passport Office Raipur. I have sent the DD of Rs. 1500 because it is the fee required for the passport containing 60 pages and it is surprising that they made the basis of it for the rejection of my passport application . I am now facing two punishment for not committing any mistake i.e. first I have lost all my original certificate and second loss of Rs. 1500 and rejection of application form without any reason. I am facing mental trauma because of the loss of my original documents and cheating by Passport Office Raipur.
Sir, I am praying before you that kindly help me so that I can get at least my lost original certificates and I am really very scared to apply for passport again.

Hi,
I have appalied for passport on feb/2008 at raipur passport office, i have not yet received my passport after 8 months.
I had chance to go abroad and due to this delay i have lost my opportunity.

I believe that all the governmemnt works should have proper regulations and control.

i want to inform you that i had applied for a new passport of my father on 08/08/08 with file no RPR A[protected]IDU MASIH) DOB 05/06/1947. The police verification report has been sent from ambikapur on 12/09/08 with dispatch no DSB/INP/294/08 .but the status in the site is showing police verification report not recieved.so my father is facing problms due to delay in passport . so i kindly request you to please verify the problm in delay in mailing passport.

AFTER THAT I CALL THE SAME NUMBER BUT NO OFFICER RESPONCE ME ON THESE NUMBER.
AFTER LONG TRY OF CALLING ONE DAY A OFFICER CARRIED THE PHONE AND SAY WITHOUT ANY REF. NUMBER THAY WERE NOT DO ANY THING AND IF I SAID I APPLIED BY SPEED POST SO I HAVE NOT ANY REF. NUMBER, THAN HE SAY COME RAIPUR, WE ARE NOT GIVE YOU ANY IMFORMATION IN PHONE.
RESPECTED SIR THE RAIPUR PASSPORT OFFICE IS NO RESPONCE ME PROPERLY AND NOT THE MEAN OF TELE ENQUARY. SO I HAVE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ACTION FOR THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM WITH PUBLIC. SIR PLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME THE IMFORMATION FOR MY PASSPORT STATUS.
