Dear Sir/Mam,

I have applied for passport four and half month ago and all the verifications have been completed 2 month ago but I didn't received my passport as yet.

I am in urgent need of my passport because I am going to US in the incoming summer and to apply for VISA.

my file no is A001695.Inspite of completion of all the formalities, my police report is shown to be incomplete.

Your attention is invited to a serious lapse by the Ranchi passport office regarding my passport issued on 26/08/2008 in which the name of my wife has not been entered despite all details given in the application form alongwith the Marriage certificate issued by the Office Of The Muslim Marriage Registrar & Quazi, Patna. It seems a serious error for which I have to pass through an uncalled harassment.
