[Resolved]  Passport — passport not received

This is Dayasagar Saloki, file No: BNGW 115934/08, I applied for passport on 20/09/2008, and police verification also done, but still I didn't get my pass port, please check & reply me.

I had submitted the documents for my passport on the 6th April 2009 to the worli passport office and my file no is E 019355. However since then there is no record of my passport and also no papers are being found for the same

I request you to please help me as ia need my passport at the earliest.

i had applid for a fresh passport on 30th-apr-2009 at chennai office . i have completed my police enquiry on 6th june 2009 and told that passport will be delivered in given address within five days still i have not recived my passport my file nob.013775

i applaied for renewal of passport on date 27/03/2009 at district bhavnagar.but yet i am not recieved passport so please i request to you that send my pasport very soon.

does this complaints have any use, several times i complaints but so far i've not received any feed back from them

I have applied for a renewal passport on 05/02/2009 at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. Despite of so many telephone calls and mails, faxes I didn;t get my passport. My previous passport was issued from Delhi and its Expiry date was 06/2009. After 4 and half months of application neither I didn;t get my passport nor a proper reply from the officials. for the last 3 and half months the the status showing " Police report Clear. Application under process". Kindly let me know when I will get my new passport.

Respected Sir,

I am Uday Bhaskar Uppala, applied for the Passport in the year 2007 from my permanent address Vijayawada with a File No—A[protected] on 18/Oct/2007. At the time when I applied for the passport, I was pursuing my Professional Degree MBA, at “Magnus School of Business” in Hyderabad. I had mentioned my college address as my present address in the passport application form. The police enquiry was done at my permanent address, Vijayawada. But due to some mis-communication the police enquiry has not done at present address Hyderabad. So I have received a letter from the passport office stating that “I am not residing at the present address”.

I had submitted my PPF forms with the required documents in the passport office for several times. I have also attended “LOKE ADDALAT” to get my passport, but I have found no improvement in my case. I came to know that after being completion of one year we can again apply for fresh passport. So, I have applied again for fresh passport on 3/Oct/2008, with a File No—A[protected], stating my permanent and present address as Vijayawada in the application form. This time also the police Enquiry was done, but I failed to get my Passport.

I was not given information of applying for the passport for the second time with the previous “File No”. With out having proper information I have applied for the Second time. I was neither received “First” nor “Second” passport.

I have also paid the fine of Rs. 1000/- on 8-April-09, for re-applying the passport. But still now there is no action from your end and was not updated in the passport status page, same mess was being displayed since last 2 months.

So, kindly take the necessary action and please close my issue as soon as possible.

Note:

1st File No—A[protected]. Applied Date:-18/Oct/2007.
Present Status--- Application has been closed, Please reapply quoting earlier File Number or contact PRO.

2nd File No—A[protected]. Applied Date: - 3/Oct/2008.
Present status--FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME.

I namely vellala sreekanth father of vellala sreechandan krishna applied passport on 13th of May 09 through Bellary Head Post office for my son namely vellala sreechandan krishna, and we received a letter dated 11 th june 09 for resending the form no 1 duly signed by parents in the column no.19, and we did the same and sent back to you back, but till today i.e. upto 6th july we have not received my sons passport.

I had submitted my passport form vide the receipt no. F009500 on 9/4/09. The police verification has happened around 2 months back but I am still to receive my passport. I do keep calling the telephone numbers of the passport office but they are never responded. I have written several emails to Regional Passport officer and the grievances cell also but yet no respite.

Can anyone help...

But till date I have not received my passport and when I check my application status then it shows that the information is not available. So I request you to please check that where the mistake is done and inform me and even its very emergency for me to have the passport. so please kindly look after the matter and do the needful.
