[Resolved]  Passport Seva Kendra — Delaying passport, pending for physical police verification

I had submitted document file no- BH[protected] to Bhubaneswar passport seva kendra for my wife's passport on 01/04/2013 and police verification done on May'13 also Bhubaneswar police special branch forwarded the file on 04/06/2013. But till now passport is not dispatched.

The online showing the status for "pending for physical police verification at your respective thana under sp office, district Nayagarh". And I am getting computerized voice message while dialing on passport toll free no[protected] "Your passport will be dispatched after clear police verification report is received at regional passport office. You would receive an email/Sms once the passport is dispatched".

So please help me how to get my passport urgently.

The above mentioned are the details when i view the status of my passport.What does this status mean.Kindly Please help me out sir/madam.
