Passport Seva — Refund payment not received

Hello,
I, RAMANDEEP KAUR was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of Rs. 2017 using a Bank Of Baroda debit card, the amount Rs. 2017 got deducted from the bank account, but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. It’s been 15 days payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
