passport service — Dispatching of Passport

Respected Sir,

I've applied for passport with reference No z609859, My name is Md Shaheena Siddiqui, W/O S. M. S. A. Siddiqui. Whenever I check my passport Status it shows that Police verification is clear and passport is expected to be dispatched on[protected]. But I did not receive it till date. So please issue the passport as early as possible. Thanking you sir.

Pls help me that from last six month, i am approaching at passport office and does not get any solution.I met with PRO 4 times but they are saying that my file is missing from passport office.

I have to submit my passport to my Employer otherwise thay would terminate my JOB.Pls help me to create my passport i will be very greatful to you.

I, Raminder Kaur Pabla, had applied for the passport on July 2, 2008 with my application number as A047571 and got my police enquiry done by Aug 13th. But since then, there had been no news regarding the issue of my passport. the website, "www.passport.gov.in" has been showing the message thet the passport will be issued in a week's time. It has been happening since Oct 4. I have baan waiting since then. But Sir, it has been 4 months now and i seriously need my passport as my job can come in danger if i am not able to get it in a week's time.

passport — Delay in passport issuance

Dear Sir,

My Wife's passport department undelivered since last one year. My wife (the applicant of this passport )applied for it while she was in studying in Rajasthan and subsequently relocated to Rourkela (Orissa) for her Job .She is now pregnant and unable to travel from Orrisa till Jaipur to collect her passport .

I have been attempting since last 4 months to get her passport delivered to her current address ( post verification ) Or transfer the same to Bhubaneswar RPO from where she can collect it .After writing several emails to Jaipur RPO and making numerous phone calls, I contacted Cheif passport officer back in July hoping to get this resolved .

After that I was told to send a request letter for the same along with address proof to Jaipur RPO .We have send the request letter by speedpost immediately and also faxed it the Jaipur number (I am attaching the email correspondence of the same ) , but still the passport has not been transferred a or delivered .I have asked for someone’s number who co-ordinate this on phone but no one is willing to give any name or number .

I am in urgent need for the passport as my wife needs to apply for her Visa immediately .Would really appreciate your help in this regard.

I could not understand which type o[censored]navoidable circumstances are their so that it takes more than 3 months in dispatch.
Sir, this is very urgent for me to get the Passport of my family as they are waiting for that. It is humble request to you and your good office to please issue the passport as early as possible.

Police enquiry is completed, but your web site status coming No Objection Certificate is not receieved, but when I enquire here they said we send No Objection Certificate by speed post. Greeting of the day!

This is status of Passport mela which was arrange by Minstry of External Affairs. I have submitted my application on 1st July'2012. Till date my application is in process.

Application Submitted on 1st July'2012
It came in process in Sep' 2012
Police verification done in October'2012 & everything was ok.
Now its 17th December my application is not reached to next level.

If this is how a department of ministry work than what is the use of citizen charter in system.

I don't know how many complaints I have to register & when it will be shorted out. Please find the attached file of conversation between me & Ministry of external affairs.

Kindly look into this matter & help me.
