I am simranjit singh of patiala punjab. I had visited your patanjali's doctor at leela bhawan patiala. I asked him to give me medication of a prolonged fever. Even on asking to give me patanjali's jawar nasak kawath he gave me some another medicine know as pachanamrutham kashayam. We need that doctor to be struck off from rolls if they can't give us better medicines of patanjali
