Dear sir,
I got contact no of Patanjali by online, mobile no is +[protected]Dr. Sachin from Patanjali Haridwar.
When i talked to Dr Sachin for appointment in patanjali, haridwar the he gave other contact no i.e +[protected]. Then i have taked him for appointment & he told me that you have to booking for at least 7 days for admission in pantanjali hardwar for treatment in patanjali & he told total charges including everything like accomandation, fooding, medicine, all checkup, blood test, Mri and all test releted to body screening is 36750/- after all discount and i paid full amount for booking. Now they have sent me a payment confirmation letter on patanjali letter head with stemp but now they are asking for payment 18600 towards body checkup like blood test, Mri etc while before booking he confirmed that there will be no charges after payment of 36750/- (including everything).
He promissed me that if you cancel the booking the booking amount shall be refunded you immidiatly, but noe they forcing me to make payment of 18600/- & when i said him to cancel my booking and refund my amount then he says that it will take minimum 8 days to refund and cut my phon immediatly now they are not receiving my call.
It was very bid mistake by us that we have made payment, so it is my humble request to please take a legal & stick action against them.
I have arraged this money from my friend on brorrow basis and now my account is zero so please get my amount refund.
The payment receipt letter is attached.
