1 you have closed the case hurriedly without properly going through our complaint properly and thoroughly, just to favour your dealer, without taking the trouble to understand our concern.

2 your dealer first cry had hidden that expiry date of this product on their website and in spite of our repeated questions, they only assured we will get latest batched item which was not true.

3 so in this way they have cheated us to sell their 18 months old product by fraud.

4. It is your moral and legal duty to question such a fraudulent dealer why they had hidden the expiry date on their website to miss guide the customers.

5 this matter will definitely go to the consumer court and all social media and you Patanjali people will also be called there in the court as you are answerable as to what action you have taken or not taken against your such dealer. You cannot simply wash your hands off.

6. We also asked you as of now what is the latest batch number and its expiry & manufacturing date of this product. This was also not answered by you and therefore for clarification on this point also you will be called in the court as to why your silence in the matter should not be construed illegal favour to the culprit. Such silence itself is a crime as it amounts to help the culprit to be punished by the court.

7. These bone tablets expire in 2 years. Why? And after 2 years, anybody if try to sell, would be jailed. So this is obvious that after 2 years these bone tablets shell not be used because they will lose their power to strengthen the bone. So how can you say 18 months have gone and these tablets are as powerful as they were 18 months back. Everyday any medicine loses its power gradually day by day and after 2 years of no use at all. Therefore you cannot pressurise us to use 18 month old tablets by hiding their 18 month old manufacturing date.

I have been trying to purchase your shampoo satchets for donation to certain girls orphanages. I may require around 300 satchets per month. AS a patriot I wanted to buy a totally indian product. Unfortunately your marketing system deos not allow me to purchase on line and the product is not availabel in any of your local shops. I made on complaint earlier for which I got a non commital reply stating "Are you looking to buy this product" with a picture of the product. Again I was not able to buy the same . Please arrange to supply 300 satchets of your Aloe Vera Shampoo. Provide me with a payment link or simply give me an account number with IFSC code and I will transfer the amount to you. I am aged 72 and cannot go through complicated computer maneuveres. So please provide me with a simply solution. The antimicrobial agent Benzalkonium Chloride (BAC) they are using in their 'Saumya eye drops' is not safe for eyes according some reports. They also have not mentioned at what percentage are they using BAC as a preservative.

I have NOT received the amount Rs 1200 till now. Already I emailed 5 times. No response from Patanjali Ayurved.

I purchase one big packet of 800gm before 15 days from dmat store and store in well closed container and after opening the biscuits packet of patanjali brand in one inside packet on 09.11.22 we found live germs
( worms of same colour of biscuits) inside the biscuit.

our family members eaten biscuits from some packet during that time we did not checked carefully, worms are not easily identified due to small size and same colur of biscuits.

it is horrible experience from patanjali brand.

Hello I am consumer of Patanjali products and I like them very much but I don't understand why are you added sugar in Patanjali doodh biscuits and also use added sugar in it and ramdev baba has always promoting his products that his products are very best and he say that sugar is very lethal to health and they added sugar in their products why they fooling us when they also use sugar in products this is not fair thing at all one side you give people awareness about leaving sugar products and one side you also use sugar in Patanjali doodh biscuits what kind of this marketing

Patanjali product-why always less quantity when opened.

Persistentally we found that whenever we buy Patanjali product, it contains less quantity than whatever mentioned on the bottle.
We purchased Patanjali bone capsules twice from Netmeds online but when we opened the bottle, we were shocked to find that on the bottle they have mention 30 capsules but in reality when counted they were 27 only.

We pointed out the matter to netmeds again grievance registration # [protected] but they kept quite with no action, no response there after.
Reported the matter to Patanjali grievance against their complaint registration ticket # OM[protected].
And what is these Patanjali people have done-the most hateful, illegal and irresponsible answer that our grievance is closed. Without any logic, no reason, no resolution. Such dicatorial behaviour could not be expected from the most reputed organisation like Patanjali. So this is the reality of the so called famous and trustworthy Patanjali.
Such Cheating and fraud evidently punishable under the consumer protection act with heavy penalty and punishment to make public fool to loot them following such type of trade practices.

I went to the Patanjali Store in Kagwade Mala, Ichalkaranji - 416115 few days back to get general medicines for fever, cough, etc. I am travelling to USA and needed prescription of it. The doctor denied to write all the medicines on the prescription.
After few days, I went again to get another copy of prescription as the old one was misplaced. But the doctor said i can not hand over another same copy of prescription. Also he didn't mention all the medicines that he gave on the prescription.

The tube breaks near the head of the toothpaste, so the paste comes out, which is wasted.

Poor quality of Patanjali ATTA WITH BRAN 10KG - we had purchased Patanjali Atta with bran 10kg (Batch no AAFA220010) from KHUSHI ENTRPRISES chennai on 26.08.2022 vied bill no GST-1515
When we open the packet we found fungus bad quality of Atta it was not grinned are present in the packet and it is not smelling good we tried to use it look like slight gray in color
We request to company to look in the cash

I placed and order online for Patanlaji products on Patanjali Ayurved website. The payment was successful but the transaction did not result in order confirmation.

I contacted Patanjali and they do not have confirmation of payment.

Please look into this to process the order or return the money

I had ordered some products through order me app of patanjali ayurved on date 19/05/2021 they did not delivered my order of order no [protected] and on contacting customer care & said that they will shipped to courier Blue dart.

Not able to open the app, always showing no connection to the ordering server, the ordering servers are not accessible due to loss of internet connectivity or similar problem.

I have ordered 4kg of Ghee (order number: 1589329)from orderme store.

The temperproof package inside the box was torn and only 3 kg ghee was found.

It appears that either the courier service or someone at packing stage itself removed one packet of ghee.

I request you to either send me the balance quantity (01 kg) or process refund for the same.

Whenever you ask for the receipt the lady gives reason about print roll is over or problem with printing machine. Today lady scolded me infornt of other customer after asking for receipt. After sometime she gave me receipt without and receipt number or any details about product or shop. This happens every time. After requesting receipt for 20 mins she gave me the receipt which have attached here.

I along with my family members (6pax) went to Meadows Nature Care on 11th March 2022 and Exited on 18th March 2022.

This is to bring to your kind notice that due to change in the initial plan I had to shorten my stay from 10 days to 7 days. For this the management promised me to refund the amount of INR 48, 000/-. However it's been almost 70 days and I am yet to receive the refund.

Have spoken to people there, written emails, messages, but no one is updating on the same. Have written to Patanjali as well however they mention to get in touch with Rajkot office and have not extended any support.
