Sir,
I had ordered corornil medicine of rupees 545 on 14 july 2020. They told me that they will deliver it within a week to my address.
Sir, but they did not deliver it yet, and neither they give me a refund. I had tweeted on twitter and informed them about the issue. Mailed many times called much time but they are not responding to me. Sir, i am getting much frustrated.
Sir please take strict action against them and make them refund my whole money along with compensation of 5000 for making fraud and interrupting me for the last two months.

    Order id: 179057

    I had ordered only 3 items from order me app including dant kanti advanced.

    From the delievered items one item dant kanit manjan was missing worth 90 rs. I have been trying to reach them for last 1 month regarding refund but they are making excuses and not releasing amount.

    Called at least 10 times on their number and sent multiple emails but not result.

    I have never seen company of size 10000 crore and having such poor customer service. Will never buy or order anything from patanjali until my query is resolved.

    These are my orders dated August 21. Still items not delivered. I email them they send a ticket number l call them they say I will get an email. I updated the app and when I try to login it says user not found. What madness. Never imagined that Baba Ramdev' s app will be such a fraud. Now Babaji tell me what would you get from fleecing poor man's money through this fraudulent app. Please Babaji see this app is damaging your such a Godly reputation.

      I have ordered coronil tablets from orderme app on 1st sept 2020 but still date they have not delivered the items. I have reached out to their customer care via phone and email and they are not proving any time to provide the delivery. I have paid the amount online for the items i have ordered.

        I did 2 prepaid order on 20 aug 2020 of rs. 1675 and rs. 1045 #order number 254766 and 240487 from orderme app of patanjali ayurveda. Which has not yet been delivered. No way to track status, what's app support number not responding at all. The customer care number of order me app is fake. It rings continuously for more than hours but nobody responds. If someone picked the call they disconnected after checking my order. Now the new thing...

        Dear friends, never purchase through this app, complete fraud.in the name of patanjali, they are running a scam. Once the order is placed you can not cancel it and they won't deliver it. No reply to complaints. No solution. Fraud!!!

              I ordered some medicines through order me app on 21st july 2020 but due to too much late delivery i wait till 4 august i didnt receive it then on 4 august 2020 i cancelled that order from my mobile application. Than after that i raise for my refund money to recieve m as fast as possible but today 14 sep i didnt recieve it yet. Around 45-50 days are over but i didnt recieve it yet. Amd i call to customer care number they didnt resolve my problem i called there around 20-30 times.. But they never help me. I am very frustated with your service plz provide my money refund back to me.

                Placed prepaid order no 235561 on 19.08.2020 but after a long delay and consultation with customer care i cancelled the order but till writing this piece i have not received my payment made against the cancelled order. Even i had raised complain with the company bearing no jlis-785857 but all in vain.

                Hope company will not kill goodwill of people.

                              I ordered coronil kit in jun 2020 through order me. It has crossed 3months and above but it has not reached to me. Also nobody is responding from company side. During placing the order it was shown on the product that it will be available in my pin code 400702 in only 3-4 days. Also i m unable to track or cancel the order. I had paid the money online through net banking. Kindly give some solution to it. Is patanjali manipulating people by sucking money or taking the advantage of people's last hope. If other options would available then there was no requirement of placing such a deal with this firm.

                                I had placed an order on the order me app on 31 August but today is 9th September but the order is not yet delivered and not yet dispatched. The customer care is not even responding to my calls and e mails. Why patanjali has launched this app? I have this big question in my mind. They are very unprofessional. I wanted my items urgently but Patanjali failed to deliver my items.

                                  Already 21 days passed still i did not get my refund of rs. 1135/-. I have already called them so many time and they are saying we refunding and it will take time as it is an upi transaction generally within 4 to 5 days it must refunded but they they said with 7 to 8 days the refund will be completed but it already been 21 days days still no refund. Kindly help as i think these patanjali orderme app still complete fraud one. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
