    I have ordered 2 coronil kits on 19th july.. My order number is 90557.in which i received only 1 kit.. I wrote to them but no response from their side. They haven't send the 2nd kit nor refunded the money.. Called them several times but no response

      No update from patanjali side for refund of items not delivered under order no 59971. Also my other orders 121045 and 188390 canceled and refund is not received till now.

      Patanjali customer support nos ka koi benefit nahein hai, kabhi bhee call pick nahein hoti hai.

      Luckily today call pick by customer care executive and even after long discussion, no good response and finally they disconnect my calls.

      Worst experience, will stay away from order me in future.

      I have send many Emails and tried many time to connect with your team on Customer care no and call never picked up, only once in last 15 days and in that call even after 30 mins of discussion no solution was provided.

      You only answer standard lines and I doubt you have even looked on issue.

      Please go through my complaint and understand the issue.

      I am attaching screenshot of Order me app and this app also update delivered date with current one.

      Order 59971 partial delivered on 1st Aug 2020 and no refund for products not delivered even after 17th day, this is totally scam by Patanjali on the name of localforvocal .

      why my last order canceled by your team and no information given to customer and no auto refund is their for transparency like we have other good apps.

            Dear team,

            In regard of your order that i placed 30 july and my order number is 178869. Today i received the order and after check i got less order and lack of other items in my order. I also confirmed from courier man that is there any more cartoon you have so he denied.

            Kindly refund my particular amount. And the list which you provided where i placed 8 kg of rice but recieved only 3 kg of rice. And other items like sendha namak, agarbatti, 5 kg of rice, dalia. But you guys added the price but didn't provide the particular products

                I have ordered coronil kit from the order me app of Patanjali, but after one week alos it is not delivered so I cancelled it, in the app in terms and conditions it is written that the refund will be provided in 6-7 days, but its more then 10-15 days and there is no support from the patanjali.

                I have lso email them there they just said we will refund you, their reply also cross the specified deadline for the refund.
                I have also watsapp them but no response from there also.
                I also tried calling customer care but that number is never picked up.

                I like to warn Indian users this company is fraud please do not order any thing from their app. they will just take the money and does not provide any service to its users.

                I am also attaching the screenshot for the proof.

                I request you please help me in this matter and aware all other citizens as well.

                  I had placed my order on Orderme app on 26th July 2020 and made online payment.The Order number is 149740.The status of order was 'Confirmed'.
                  Till 4th August there was no update on the order status.On 4th August the status was 'Packed' and Invoice was generated.
                  However on 10th August 2020 the order status was updated as 'Canceled'.
                  I have been trying to contact the customer care team, left voice messages, emailed however i have not received any update or response.
                  Theres no response on why the order was cancelled.
                  When will i get my refund.?
                  I have lost the trust on purchasing products from Order me app.
                  Can you please revert asap and help me with the refund at the earliest.I have attached the screen grab of the order details.

                  The company is also not bothered to update on the action being taken or if they are going to take action.
                  This is leaving a very negative impacton the customer..

                    Order not Delivered by OrderMe App

                    I had placed an order (176171) via the OrderMe App of Patanjali Ayurved on 29/07/2020, but haven't received the delivery as yet.

                    I have raised multiple requests on their e-mail, and WhatsApp number but haven't received any response. The customer support number is never picked up. Moreover, I haven't received any notifications regarding my order as well.

                    I want the order to be delivered as soon as possible....

                      I have purchased a pack of poha from patanjali mega store, laketown kolkata, But after opening the packet at my home I found that tha entire poha was damaged with fungus all around.How such a big brand can pack defective products & make available for sale.The matter is not of cost or refund or replacement of product.My matter of concern is that why such irresponsible behaviour from patanjali.
                      I should be compensated for the breach of trust by this brand.My purpose of buying poha at that time was not fullfilled due to defective poha.I had to bear pain of going to that store again & returning it in this covid time.I had left the defective product in that store only & hadnot taken anything in exchange.

                        I did purchase of below item from your Order Me app below Patanjali items and paid rs 1050 but did not got confirmation and the amount got debited from my account.The receipt attached.

                        I have been contacting their customer support multiple time and raised complaint CGKP-088184 but not getting any response .I have been using Pantanjali but this time really the support had been worst this will lead customer to switch to other brand and will impact Patanjali trust with the end customer

                        I have also attached the payment receipt for reference

                        Item purchased.
                        1.Divya Coronil tablet.
                        2.Amala pickle.
                        3.Two bottle giloy and amala juice.
                        4.One kg honey.
                        5.one jal jeera poweder.

                              I have ordered for divya swasari coronil kit worth rs 1635 on 19 july 2020 but even after 25 days, i have not received the product.
                              They have even sent a fake awb number 15 days before which is not valid.

                              No body pick the call ever on their customer care number [protected].

                              Kindly look into this as it seems patanjali ayurveda is looting the people in this way.

                                  I have placed order through orderme app, order no.96895 and delivered order no. [protected] through awb no. [protected]-blue dart express.
                                  I had placed order on 20th july2020 and received on 11th aug2020. Goods received were damaged and even invoice of the order was not given by delivery person. Invoice is not getting downloaded from orderme app. First thing is that, order was delayed to delivery and half of the goods were missing and good which were received were in damaged condition.
                                  Total payment was done online after placing order of rs. 5730/- and as half of the goods were missing, i want refund o[censored]ndelivered goods.
                                  This is very disappointing that patanjali is behaving like this with their customer.

                                    This is related to order me app of patanjali where i have order coronil kit but transaction failed once i was done with my payment from internet banking, i need to reorder and do repayment the amount again for the same order and this time it got success. I made order on 17th july of transactions 1090/- amount 2 times, order i’d is 10471 for the successful one. After that i contacted my bank and they told as amount is debited both times they need confirmation email from merchant side that they did not get amount credited both time but only one time. Since then i am chasing order me customer care where it’s almost impossible to connect by phone and through email you will only receive ticket id generated where ticket status link you can’t enter as user is and password provided to them never work to login. While asking the same next ticket generated but you won’t get reply that you want for clarification. This process is going on and i am unable to get my query solved. Apart from that i also did not receive my order that is another story. But not sure whom to contact and how to get rid of these issues. Order me is the name of app of patanjali.

                                    Please read my problem which is clearly mentioned of not getting response from order me support as well as phone then why r u suggesting to do the same. It’s really unable to answer what is the reason for getting answer of such issue
                                    I need answer as soon as possible as it’s very simple issue which support team made it big, I just need confirmations on email so that I can process refund from my bank. Not sure what’s taking time for this even no response from Support team gives Mistrust to Such a respected organization.
                                    Seems like you did not read my message, I have clearly stated that I am not getting response from order me email support instead of following up multiple times and in phone support no one pick the call and disconnected, hence I had raised concern here and as a resolution you are suggesting the same thing which is my concern. I need email response over my concern.
