We have bought this product (honey) after going through their advertisement in TV where they are comparing honey with that of a branded company. They are claiming that your product is cheap but theyhave not advised that your product is inferior in quality. See the attached photos and check what happened to your product. I am deeply hurted with this result. Please do not compromise with quality.

First I complained about it.
Then they had send me an message that your order is shipped via bludart courier and they had gave me tracking number.
But when I track in bludart using tracking number, that shows your tracking number is wrong.


Patanjali had gave me wrong tracking number and cheated me.

I am in germany right now. And i have ordered some products from patanjali ayurveda (Order # : [protected] | order date :[protected]:38 pm) online to my friend's address who lives near chennai. And i paid to buy my account (Icici bank debit card transaction id- sb498800, transaction description - min/patanjali a/ [protected]/0).My ordered has not been sent but it was placed and shows placed to me . And they did not send any mail to me regarding my product. And i am not able to track my order too. I am calling them from 24th april as i placed my ordered on 22nd april. I am mailing them on the email which they mentioned on their website ([protected]@patanjaliayurved.Net) even my friends are calling them from india only. I am also calling them from germany on the given number tel (+[protected]. No one is attending the call, i got mail from my bank also when i did the transaction to patanjali . And that mail also tells that you have sent 1100 inr to patanjali. So i want my refund . I hope you will be able to help me. And i will really appreciate you response. I had placed an order with patanjali website on 24th april 2016 and made an online payment. I got an email confirming the order and then after a few days i got the docket number.

It has been 12 days but i have not received my order. I even tried contacting the courier service- overnite express but nobody picks up the call.

I called patanjali toll free number and all the customer care numbers of patanjali in mumbai, nobody picks up. I have sent an email, but have not received any reply.

Pls help me get my order at the earliest.

Earlier, I trust patanjali, & baba ramdev.

I am yet to receive the delivery of items against my paid order (Order no. [protected]) placed on 14th April, 2016.

Neither i am intimated about the status of my order nor my phone is picked by them.

I am very disappointed and frustrated from the service.

Kindly do the needful to get my order delivered or refund of money paid by me for the order placed...

I would like to complain regarding the unethical behaviour of store incharge at patanjali store located at b1 market paschim vihar new delhi . Me and my sister went to said store today at around 10.30 am .The person posted there at not only misbehaved but delayed to give the desired articles on one pretext or other and went on for unnecessary arguments.

His similar misbaviour is a regular phenomenan and deters us from going to this store. He behaves as if he is obliging us by giving us the desired articles and thus tarnishes the image of patanjali and baba ramdev ji. You are requested to kindly look into it and take an early action .

Hi,

I have placed an order on patanjali's on 18th april 2016 site http://www.patanjaliayurved.net but while doing checkout i used paytm wallet to pay the amount of rs 510/- . But the payment got deducted from my account and the site page resulted in database error.

After that i placed a second order for the same set of products payment for which was done through net banking. This also results in database error but yes money was already deducted.

To resolve this issue i tried reaching their customer care number[protected] in the working hours but no one picked the number even after calling more than 10-15 times. Then i have mailed their customer care and waiting for their reply.

Checking into my account i found there were two order ids generated. They are:
[protected] and [protected].

Neither there is option to check order status nor to cancel the duplicate order as well. I am fade up this pathetic service and also repenting why i trusted this indian fraud company.

Please somebody guide me how to recover the big loss incurred or else to check if they deliver the product or not.

I think somebody or ramdev himself is running fake site to earn money by fooling customers using his brand name.

Considering the fact Ramdev Babaji name has been famous all over the country I wasn't expecting such kind of poor and pathetic service from this patanjali.

Now only I realize babaji is running fake order site and there are hell lot of complaints on this site against patanjali

I purchased one honey bottel (500g) from ludhiana store. But when we used this so called ayurvedic honey it smell different than pure honey and also taste and thickness is not same.

I think it is any kind of factory product and created using sugar.

I try to contect to patanjali helpline number but after five days continue try they dont pick my phone.

Today i purchased patanjali thandai for rs.185 from patanjali dealer named reena store, e-121, , rohini complex, block wa, nanakpura, shakarpur khas, shakarpur, delhi 110092. When i asked for bill. She denied saying we don't give bill..It is only there in chikitsalya. When i purchased a product and have paid maximum retail price, they have to provide bill. Please take appropriate action and respond as i will take the matter to consumer forum.

My name is narender wadhwa, i including with my family were regularly using patanjali kesh kanti shampoo up to the last month, and after 4 month of continuous use we observed that:

• our hairs have totally loose the softness
• hair fall has increased unexpectedly
• hair are turning grey

I am going to raise this complaint in consumer court and wanted to listen your views first before approaching...

In patanjali website i have paid for an order rs 507 twice on 9th april 2016 through sbi internet banking. But the order was not confirmed both the times. Pls refund total amount 1014 back to my account.

I have tried to call you around 100 times and there is no one to respond our calls i have written 3 mails regarding the same complaint but could not get any response from their side.
