Dear concern, I have a complaint against patanjali ayurvedic ltd. I bought a beauty cream from patanjali chikitsalya Chatter pur Mandir road, Delhi. But when I opened it lot of water coming from it, I found it was a duplicate product and there is no hal mark logo on it.When I visited the same dealer with this complain, he told me that whatever you want to do, we can not replace this is the ok poduct.so now I am looking for a resolution for the problem. Its not a matter for 70 rupees only, its about the health concern for the people who are using its product. So pl help me out to solve the problem.

I have purchased patanjali's honey and i found that suger was mixed with it.which was settled down at the bottom of the bottle and that was hard. We trust you for your purity.dont break our trust. in starting days of patanjali products came to open market june 2012 our local distributor {shri manglam} came to us and requested for open exclusive store of patanjali products.in verbal conitions he told me for keeping 1 km distance between two exclusive centre.i demand for same in writing.he asked me to trust on him and gave example of baba ramdev.he collected two photographs and kyc of my wife as she is owner of store and told that a certificate will be issued fro m haridware and authorisation letter will be given shortly.but after 12 months he denyed for it.
distributor open 4 other center surrounding my center just 200 meter to 350 meters away in all four directions.i lodge the complains to company zm indernil patra on 26.09.2012 for rate difference but no reply yet to be received from him.again we lodge the complain t company cell but in result supply of goods has been stopped from 19/04/2013 without any prior information or any allegations.i have an exclusive store of patanjali items.no other company items.my business position is destroyed and huge amt of loss made by mr.patra and distributor.

We have been regular users of various Ayurvedic products from Patanjali, an organization backed with Baba Ramdev's credentials. We have observed deterioration in quality of some of these products of late and feel that the Middle men are trying to make fast bucks by selling adulterated products.
