Patanjali Ayurved — bank debit card charged twice | |||
Dear team, On 4th july 2019, i purchased product of rs320/- from patanjali store at bidar. I swiped my card at store to recharge patanjali debit card for rs 300 but got declined as per the card machine so i again swiped and this it got successful. After 10 minutes i have received message from my account that rs 300 again got deducted from my card (The declined transaction got successful). So as per my bank statement 600 (300+300) got deducted from my debit card (Refer attachment). But as per patanjali bank statement and the customer care the balance in my patanjali card is 126 only (Refer attachment) Please check and revert as 300 has bees debited twice from account.
