Patanjali Ayurved — Bill not received, no reply from customer care

I got my package delivered at home, but the bill receipt was missing in the package. (Order id: #16930). Contacted the pathanjali customer care many times, requesting a soft copy of the bill receipt. But no response from the team regarding this.

Usually online shopping portals send the receipt separately through email before or after the delivery is completed.

Updated by sv aksp There is absolute silence from the company even after sending so many mails in the last 2 months. Are these goods delivered through some back channel ? Why are you not giving me the bill receipt ? Anybody listening there ?

I stay in jogeshwary west Mumbai and I came at goregaon west at mg road patanjali branch. One of counter cashier talk rough to me and he not talk to me polite. 2nd time also he talked to me very roughly in short I am not an enemy of him so y he can talk to customer like this.Even i buy more product from that branch.Please take some action on him.
