[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Coronil kit order and transaction successful but app is showing that order has been cancelled

Sir
I, himanshu singh bisht ordered items (2 coronil kits) of total amount rs. 1090 on 22/08/2020 and made payment through bhim app.

The transaction was successful but the app is showing that the order has been cancelled.

So kindly look into the matter so that i can get my money back. I want a refund as soon as possible.

It took more than almost 2 weeks, the company responded with an email wherein they mentioned that they were going to resolve the issue . After a week of that mail, the issue was resolved. I got my 💰 back.

Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
