[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Damaged item received | |||
Contacted patanjali customer care with the following mail TWICE, but there was no response. Dear Sir/Madam, I was extremely disappointed on receiving the 'AMLA MURABBA' (Sku 188-PAL) totally contaminated and oozing through the open cover. The outer bottle was plastered and bandaged to conceal the fault. We had received a phone call from your Haridwar office prior to the delivery stating that our order would be delayed owing to the broken bottle of the Amla Murabba and that it would be 'REPLACED'. Sadly the same damaged bottle was sent to us after some shoddy repair (picture attached). We have been using Patanjali products for quite sometime but this was the first time we got it in such a poor condition. Sorry to say, I have lost all faith in your services and will surely be dissuading my near and dear ones from availing it. I'm positive you will take some correctional measures and avoid such inconveniences to future customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
