Patanjali Ayurved — double deduction... moreover refuses to handover billed products | |||
This complaint pertains to patanjali store at lok vruksha at thane west. Firstly system refused yo accept sodexho card. Then a debit card was presented. While a debit immediately showed on my account, the cashier continued to swipe the card again instead of conducting any investigation. Another debit happened without any receipt from the store. This transaction, however, showed in the consolidate summary. Still, when i wanted to leave with my goods with an understanding that the resolution would be done the next day, i was not even allowed to take the billed products!!! This after double deduction?!!!
