Patanjali Ayurved — excess lunch time by doctor | |||
Dear sir, Today I came with my to consult doctor in Patanjali. She is suffering from arthritis. We came before lunch time and submit our prescription by 12 noon. Dr Prabhat kumar said the system is not working so pls come after lunch I.e 2 pm. When we went to reception and ask about lunch time, official tell me lunch time 1 to1:30. as you are aware patients come across the India from Patanjali to cure their disease but the doctor's indiscipline hurt them a lot. Myself and my wife alongwith many patients are still waiting for doctor but he didn't came. Please try to help us and issue guidelines for doctors and other staff for punctuality. One more thing there is no proper sitting arrangement in panchkarm. Hope you will take my feedback positively and issue necessary direction in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
