Sir, i am a retailer from bangalore and i have alot of expired items and i have requested the company person alot of times, its been a really long time for the request and yet there is no action taken regarding the request. Your appointed managers are really negligent. I request you to kindly take back the expired products and provide with new products or the refund. The customers are not able to trust the products and this is bringing a bad remark on the products and the company. There are distributors who are providing almost expiry products to the retailers saying that the available products are of old dates. Every store in our city is facing this problem and this has decreased the sale upto 80%. And rest 20% demanded goods are not available due to inappropriate supply. 60% of stock in our store is expired. This is bringing a bad name to the store and the company. Kindly do the needy.
