Dear Team,
I have ordered some medicine from ordering me on 2nd May 2021, I have not received my order yet as I checked and found my address is not correctly mentioned in the address so for correction, I was sent an email on 10th May but could not get any response and again I sent an email on 18th May and also on 31st may as more than passed and I have no more requirement of medicine kindly cancel my order and refund my money. but no one is responding.
I have much time called to customer care and they are always saying when your packet will come executive will call you that time you refuse to accept and your money will be back, I think this is not the good process I am requesting you kindly cancel and refund my money.
