This is with ref to my order [protected] for 3 items (Agarbatti, Cironil kit and Ghee) placed on 22nd of April 2021. I received the consignment on 7th on May but after opening found that one item as mentioned below was missing in the pack. Also there was no invoice in the box.
1 . DIVYA SWASARI CORONIL KIT - 1 No - Rs 545/-.
I called up the Customer care and then lodged a complaint bearing no [#OM[protected]].
I have also sent the photograph of the box and today I find that the complaint has been closed without refunding the amount or sending the item back.
After that I tried to get the escalation matrix but nowhere it is mentioned and somehow got the mail id of yours and therefore writing to you for solution.
Request you to help me in getting the item or refund the money of the same.
