Patanjali Ayurved — Items missing in my order - Order no. [protected]

Hi Concerned

I have ordered few items from Patanjali online store app. Order no. is [protected]. In this, 2 items are missing and not delivered till now. These are Divya Chandraprabhavati (1 qty.) and Patanjali Paushtik marie biscuit (2 qty.). Full payment is done for this order.
In the invoice received with the rest of the items delivered, both the items are being striked off. I am continuously mailing on the customer care id, but no response is there. Please resolve the issue on priority as it's been a long time and if the products are not there, kindly specify the refund details.
