Dear sir/madam, This is with reference to my order order # : [protected] | order date :[protected]:55 pm. Rs-1080/-and ref. Your below email i wish to share that i have cancelled my order due to non tracking my shipment on your website after 6 days ago and your apps as well. I have many times tried to call your customer help desk[protected] & sent email to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org / [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net but unable to reach you with long time hold/wait my calls. After 6days order status are showing only the booking step, there after i have been cancelled the same order. I have already sent many emails for refund my amount but not getting any response from your side. therefore request you to please refund the my order amount rs-1080/- in my originate account as soon as possible. After 6days order status are showing only the booking step, there after i have been cancelled the same order. I have already sent many emails for refund my amount but not getting any response from your side.
therefore request you to please refund the my order amount Rs-1080/- in my originate account as soon as possible. otherwise i have no any option to go to the consumer court.
