Patanjali Ayurved — Mega store staff misbehave

I have done shopping from the Patanjali Mega Store, Jhansi today at around 10.40 am. for Rs.1157/- and done the payment thru debit card. vide transaction reference (POS[protected] SUNDHA DISTRIBUTOR )

After billing I came out with my bag, at the exit gate the security asked me for the bill, showed the same and asked him what is the purpose of this? the security guard told me that he has to check the items of your bill.
I told him to check all the items 1 by 1 as per the bill, but he refused. So i told him that if you are not checking the items then what is the purpose of stopping the customer at exit ?
The security guard went inside and called all the staff members.
To them also i told that you should check all the items as per bill, at the exit.
One of them (staff seems to be the supervisor or store manager), very rudely replied that
1- "ab aap hame bataoge ki hame kya karna hai, hamne apna kaam kar liya, aap apna kaam karo"
2- "muje lagta hai ki aap ko koi personal dushamani hai kisi se"
3- "aap jaise log aayge to kar li hamne dookan daari"

Shocked with his absolute rude and arrogant behavior, i told him that i dont want the material and want to return it.
Again with the same attitude he replied
4 - "subha subha se maal bapis nahi hota, abhi koi return nahi hoga"

I kept all the items on the billing counter along with the bill, and again asked him when should i come to take my refund ? he said you come after 1 pm.

I left the store without the goods and bill.

Is this should be the approach of the store staff to behave and talk with the customers? Are they were appointed to talk rubbish and do "daadaagiri"?
