[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — money debited from my account but haven't received confirmation message. | |
I made a transaction on 11 may 2020 through patanjali play store application... And i have not received any confirmation from patanjali side. Instead of conformation message, i received a message from my bank that your money has been debited. I tried connecting through patanjali customer care number but its not in working mode and also no one has contacted me via email yet. Was this information helpful? | |
May 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Because of covid19 they are doing only online payment so I choose that one and they gave me 2 options like Paytm or razorpay, so I choose paytm and they were asking to make payment through Paytm, debit card, credit card, BHIM upi and net banking. I paid through debit card.
So my money debited but I haven't received any confirmation message so after that I went to the application and select "contact us" and filled all the details which are basically name, mobile number, email and comments.
Aftter that I received automatically generated email from them... "Your request has been registered successfully. We will get back to you shortly.Sincerely, Patanjali E-commerce from [email protected]
Also I tried to contact them on +91-1800-180-4108 but it's not working...
I sent request to contact them 4-5 times but I didn't received any response from them.
Then I emailed on [email protected] that I have this kind of issue but still no response.
Then i found another email which is [email protected] and wrote all the things but still I haven't received any response from them. Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
